I bought this phone since it was on sale in europe.
Pros: Great camera in such mid range device. Great software, not a lot of useless apps and settings. Great size for one hand usage, removable battery. NFC.
Cons: Poor screen brightness, a lot of times you need to use almost to max brightness, because screen below 60% looks too dim. Buttons on back, unlock buton is ok but volume keys sometimes clicks in pocket by accident and opens camera or notes app. Battery is ok, but not the best, jus one day usage(8-12hours). Speaker is average but nor poor. Earpiece speaker sound is to quiet on max volume compare to other budget phones. Charging is slow, it takes almost 2 hours to charge from 5 to 100%.

I bought this phone in June 2014. Since then, i think i might have accidentally dropped it more than a hundred times where 20 times it has been dropped with its glass hitting the ground but still intact with no scratches. I also daily put it in my pocket with coins or keys and still no scratch.
I overcharge the battery everyday out of laziness to unplug it and play with my phone while charging and up to this day I have never replaced the battery. Three years of punishment and the battery has not bloated! I noticed that it has a safe charging system which protects it from overcharging and automatically shuts down when the temperature is critical.
Sadly, its 1 GB RAM of which 700 MB is only usable due to bloatware could no longer cope with the demands of current applications. I also notice that it is weak in getting a share of router bandwidth when connecting thru wifi while other phones are connected. It's probably because it's an old phone.
Still, it is a durable and reliable phone. If you use your phone just to make calls, take pictures, play games with low processing requirement or browse the internet, then this phone is for you.

I like this phone with LTE version.... d620r .... Best phone with Kitkat version. Kitkat version has great double menu to choose and to customized. Lollipop version sucks .... dont upgrade the software to lollipop i has bugs and I dont like design in lollipop ... Kitkat design is the best.
I will buy another new phone with same design and software with similar desin .... in future if LG company decide to produce ...

LG betrayed us like all sony and apple. They are not giving us the full posibilties but pouring it out over 20 years time and make you buy 10 phones. Thats sick and evil. Although also our own responsibility not to destroy their head offices by hard force from thousands of people. TO GAIN OUR FREEDOM BACK. and rest for a while

I got a second hand phone from ebay, so far so good the best android phone i have ever had. Very fluid, no lagging apps, long lasting battery. I like it. I bet My future phones are lg.

thanks! Yet when i download the update just recently, it says the update could not be installed. I have been downloading it for a lot of times already. Maybe it has something to do with the download date range? the update was available since october 2015, yet i only downloaded it this June 2016. maybe it has expired already? please help. thanks.

LG G2 Mini: Is the 2nd Update (October 2015) good or not? I have been hesitating to download and install the same. Please let me know.
The previous update (July 2015) removed the following features/functions of my beloved LG G2 Mini (this made me terribly sad):
1. Ability to zoom in or Zoom out while on video player; 2.Screen rotation on home screen; 3. Remote control for Aircon; 4. ability to choose screen shot options for full screen of the screen only without the status bar, home buttons, etc.; 5. screen shot key for quick memo; 6. edit pictures in the gallery; 7. Face unlock feature; 8. Accessories settings: Pop-up of apps as you plug headset; 9. Voice recorder on q-slide apps; 10. front and back camera simultaneous shot. My question: What are the features that were removed / added for the october 2015 update? Is it good? Please do respond. Thank you all.

Does anyon... moreWell there are a few things you can do to clear memory.You can delete or disable apps and don't worry system apps cannot be disabled or deleted but disable or delete only what you don't need or know what they do, for example I disabled almost all google play apps like music, newsstand, books, drive etc because I don't use them.I also disabled lg's music app and widget because I use Rocket Player instead.You can also go into the file manager and internal storage and delete any left overs of apps and games you don't use anymore.You can also clear cache data by going to settings and storage and tapping on cache data and it will ask you if you want to delete it.Also delete facebook and install Metal, it's kinda the same thing and you will save like 400 mb.Also delete any photos or videos you don't need or want from your galery, because you can free up alot of space if you have lots of them.If all this doesn't work you can also do a factory reset but be sure you backup everything you need before.Hopefully this helped you.
