The LG G3 Dual-LTE D858HK... moredont worry. install kingo root on pc. then remove the battery of ur phone. then again insert ur battery dont on ur phone. open kingo root on ur pc. then insert data cable to ur phone . press volum up key and connect data cable to ur pc. a firmwork will show on ur mobile screen. then wait some time. pc will automaticly solve ur problem. ok. if it works or not pls inform me. protikkha1@gmail.com

I tried to do a hard reset but when the phone reboot, it went back to the same screen again... is there anyway I can get around this? Tried connecting to my laptop and the LG PC tool can't even detect the phone.

        you stuck in factory firmware update there are two options now!

        1) if your phone is turned on, go to settings>apps> software update and delete or erase cache same goes for software update!
        2) do a manual update!

          Can somebody help me here please. The LG G3 Dual-LTE D858HK that I brought in Hong Kong 3 months ago was working well until recently when I received a software update and now it is now frozen with the message "updating software (2/2).... one update is complete, phone will restart"... however, it have been on this screen for ages... more than 10 hours and the phone started to heats up. Can somebody help to advise me what I should do? I am totally lost!!!

              @Farhan see the vid and i dont have any issues with any of glitches you've mentioned! i have never faced any issues. Android Lollipop is way better than Laggy Kitkat!

I will try this and share the results. It's done from tge bios right? Thank you Abbas

                          My review after upgrading from my D858HK from KitKat to 5.0.1 V20e

                          Same little glitches from Kitkat remained.
                          Sliding down top menu is not as smooth as KitKat.
                          The changed in the UI is not significant.
                          Some new little glitches when opening call logs and other apps from circle case
                          You won't feel a big difference from Kitkat.

                          My opinion based on my first day using it is: It has some improvements but it's not worth the upgrade, If you have KitKat installed on your phone just keep it as it is.

                          I will post another review after a couple of days to share my experience.

                          Thanks again to Abbas for spending the time on making tutorials and videos.

                              I downloaded all 3 from the MAL to 6KG to HKG and check the MD5 so u dont have to. You are all welcome.

                                  Earlier it was V20D.

                                  I have always informed user in this forum that after lollipop battery is draining more faster.

                                  Now after this V20E update its draining more.
