I am from Orange County, L.A., and just switched to LG G3 D858KH dual sim that I bought from ebay at a great price. The phone is fantastic, looks good, browses the internet fast, and uses all apps no problems at all. Only issue is my T-mobile SIM card, which I placed in slot #1, connects with 3G network and NOT 4G! The phone shows 3G in the upper left conner,, but does not connect to 4G network. Now ow do I switch to 4G connection?
Anyone got the similar phone? Do you face the same issue?

SAR EU 1.46 W/kg (head) - That's CRAZY high value. I can't realy understand why the single SIM model (855) has a fifth (0.23 W/kg (head)) comparing this dual-sim model radiation. There not any phone that I'm aware of that has such a huge gap in SAR values just between a single and dual-sim ver.

This phone support 3G/4G data through one sim only and second sim always support 2G data. You can choose you Data through SIM 1 and SIM 2 but you will always get 2G thorugh SIM 2. Unfortunately there is no option to use 3G data through SIM 2. Another drawback or Cons for the phone is that it support 21Mbps 3G connectivity rather than 42Mbps which is common on high end devices. It support 150Mbps through 4G. Hope it will help somebody.

UI needs to mature
I bought LG G3 Dual D858
Its a good set with excellent screen, swift lag free performance and battery as good or as in sufficient as most other devices so no complaints.
However UI needs to evolve and mature. Some Issues:
1. Dual Sim working - I have sim one as default - but in case I get any call or missed call on sim2, the default automatically changes to Sim2 without my knowing. Now this is a major problem as my Sim2 is international roaming and I at times unknowingly end up making calls on sim2.
I have been earlier using Dual Sim phones since long - Samsung and HTC and never ever had such issues.
2. Bluetooth Car connection: I usually play car radio - anytime there is any notification alert, which are frequent, the car radio stops and switches to BT Audio - so each time I need to switch back to Radio again, which i very irritating. These were never issues with Samsung or HTC, where the Radio may pause for a split second for notification alert and resume again - so sure its not an error my car BT but in LG UI
Similarly in some other operations too I found UI maturity lacking. Nothing as major issue but small irritants.
I hope and wish LG will take note of these and rectify.

It does get slightly warm but only when used as a hotspot and that's about it. Works perfectly fine with Globe network in the Philippines.

Very nice phone every thing is excelant only one problem this mobile d856 dual sim is not launch in UAE and I buy this online this Russian edition so lg smartworld is not working and also lg assistance need ID in UAE its showing not available .how can I make ID in Russian language ?other wise phone is very nice .
