Hi guys,
My phone is always overheating everything im using the application WAZE.
Do I need to update the software or anything to fix the issue. I'm having a hard time specially if it overheats because it will stop charging and will leave me w/ a deadbatt phone. I badly need it since I'm always driving and will get lost w/out the navigation help.

It is a really good phone but it has some problem if you can help me with it.
it is only LTE and the coverage is not that good and there is no option to convert it from LTE to 3G or 2G. so it does not recognize the sim card.

Just received an update popping in my screen. It's an 260+ mb purposely for security and stability update. After the update I have noticed that my LG G3 (F460L) become cooler than before after playing games for an hour it doesn't over heat or heat much not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius. What I have observed is that they limit the clockspeed to 1.7 ghz to limit the heating issue but without sacrificing much in terms of the performance. The speed is still there but a little bit slower. I am hoping that they release the android nougat update anytime soon for a lot of improvements.

The latest OTA update was good even though they underclocked the cpu to solve the heating issue but still it performed good it can handle heavy 3d games with ease.

Ive just recieved the latest update via OTA just few days ago. I would say it's awesome because my phone f460l to be specific becomes much faster and heating is minimal i would say. About the battery life maybe it improve a little bit. I would recommend that you update your lg g3 cat 6 now.

Some told me it's a problem in the screen .. Some told me it's a problem in the ic power while others told me it's a motherboard problem .. And i don't what to do ?? I am feeling frustrated

I'm using this LG G3 lte for 1 year & 9mos. then i experiencing log and every time i 'm using up and down volume as well as the power button. Suddenly the screen became faded the turning into black so i will click the power button again and again...i'm so disappointed then i read from other blog they encounter this kind of problem. Wasting my money for this :(

You can update that using LG PC Suite. Connect your phone to PC using data cable. Check for update and install after taking backup.

G3 prime can be used in other country, also it's upgradable up to marshmallow. It's really good phone but display, camera quality at night is really bad. Also frame of phone does have crack sometimes. without those, it is really good phone
