Is this phone worth for the money i dont have budget to buy G3, i can chooes between SONY XPERIA T3 , LG G3 S , and SAMSUNG A3 ... i like this phone the most, will i be wrong if I take it ? :) :)

There is no competition on which is objectively better. 2GB RAM phones overpowers 1GB RAM phones in many ways. You can actually feel the difference like when you forget to close apps or keep using multi-windows..
But subjectively, specially for non-power users, I can say you can't lose whichever you choose. Go for whichever got your interest, intuitively wise. both win and worth it!
