Got this phone for a week now. Dont see all the fuss about the battery life. Mine goes flat in 6-7 hours. Very dissappointed.

Lg g3 not long term device and that is most battery consumption device
and i think huge better than micromax canvas gold because awesome multitasking and great experience for me....

AnonD-344288, 23 Dec 2014I had compared both G3 and G3 S. I can say almost the same ... moreTrue,no need of useless QHD or FHD for a midrange phone. Battery of this device is pretty amazing. Useless QHD on G3 caused faster battery drain.

I had compared both G3 and G3 S. I can say almost the same camera with only pixel difference. I compared it to my Tab s t705, at same 8 mega, G3 S got better and balance exposure, and more accurate color. UI is even smoother in LG G3 S than my G3, maybe due to its low 720p screen. Better battery than G3, downside is slow charger. So i used 1amp charger to fasten charging now charging time is lessen. 294ppi for display got advantages, smooth ui and longer battery. 294ppi is enough, you won't notice pixels anymore.

294 ppi it's a joke to 5.0 inches. My blackberry Q5 is far better than this.

AnonD-343976, 22 Dec 2014is this phone have screen protection?Not sure if it has CG3 protection but I dropped it 4' in a tiles and it only sustained a tiny scratch on top near the IR port, not a direct impact with the screen. The only downside of this great phone is the camera, even the 4 yr old S2 has much better photos taken. LG is not seruous about their minis unlike Sony with Z3 Compact which is almost high end.

Most users here said battery is good. I don't think so! I bought this LG G3 Beat yesterday, the first thing I have noticed is that the Battery drains really fast.It is irritating! And when you scroll the screen, it lags. I wish I didn't buy this.

G3 Beat is a very good handset except for camera. The screen to body ratio is amazing but still at 5" am still stretching my thumb to reach some buttons.It coul have made smaller like 4.7" in a tiny footprint 127mmx65mmx10mm. It should be easier to use one handily.

the g3s will consume more electricity due to the higher resolution and bigger screen, 2 things you never wish for when using an lg g2 mini.
g2 mini screen is super sharp and very big in my experience
i would say the g3s will be too big , its a much more clumsy phone
