Anonymous, 08 Mar 2016does this phone have a knock codeyes,but the feature is hidden,download an app called activity launcher from play store,launch it on phone and you will see an app called knock on long press on it and make a short cut on screen,you can then activate and deactivate knock on from short cut.

For those who already updated their phone to marshmallow, kindly please tell u what are the changes after you updated your phone. Can you now use the sd card as internal memory? thanks a lot.

Hi there peeps
I'm due for an upgrade and thinking of choosing this or a P8 Lite...could someone tell me which would be better? I'm from South Africa and seen on certain sites that this model also comes with a leather back...is this the case with other models around the world? Also can anyone that owns this model tell me how it stacks up when multi tasking? Last question...how is the cameras on this model with regards to quality?

1. Yes, tap the screen a couple of times to turn it on and tap the screen a couple more times (in an empty place) to turn it off.
2. The dual SIM G4 Beat has two micro SIM slots and a separate micro SD card slot (unlike some phones where the second SIM uses the micro SD card slot. There isn't much choice if one wants an FHD display and dual SIM.
3. The battery life is below average but I've managed up to 4 days of light usage. One factor is the display brightness. The G4 Beat compares very badly on battery life compared with the G4 Stylus although both came out at about the same time. The latter is now updated to Marshmallow which has further stretched its battery life (I've been testing one) so we have to hope that Marshmallow will arrive and have the same effect on the G4 Beat.

What screen protection does it come with? Some sites say that it has a Gorilla glass 3 and some say its a normal glass screen...any help please?
