        I've "upgraded" from a lg g2, but I've now realised it was a downgrade!

        Strange that a brand new, mid price phone has is inferior to my old Samsung s2..

        - the external sdcard can NOT be used for storing apps, the main reason I bought this phone. Moving apps to sd only moves it onto a separate folder on the internal 8 gb storage. The operating system uses 4 gb on its own, so you're left with about 3 gb for apps, compared to 32 gb on my old S2.. Would have loved to be a fly on the wall at lg when this decision was made.

        - screen is not gorilla glass. 4 days and it's allready scratched. Again S2 from 2013 is scratch proof.

        - charge time is twice of any other phone I own. I checked it only charges at 0.6 amps, where most other phones charge at 1.4 amps or more.

        - bloatware was taken to the next level on this phone. I counted 18 apps which are completely useless to new and clutters the screen and wastes the tiny bit of storage this phone has.

        - no light sensor, so you're fighting in daylight trying to see where to turn up the brightness and by night your partner freaks out because of the lighthouse next to her. Again the oldest, cheapest android devices I own have this function.

        - no face tracking to keep the screen on while reading. Again, back a step.

          Pros:

          Full hd display 423 ppi
          premium look(good quality plastic body looks like metal)
          nice ui by lg with rich colours like sony
          good speaker output 1w
          good headset output with bass
          Nice selfie gesture interval shot volume key capture in with 1080p recording
          Manual mode rear camera laser focus
          no lag
          can play high end games
          battery is ok
          Fm recording
          compass
          nfc
          tethering
          notification led single colour
          5.2 inch size with one hand use easy options
          normal charging time
          can use indoor at day with 0 brightness to save battery
          ram ddr3 type 1.5gb 500mb free so no problm for multitasking
          small apps supported can browse ,watch video by this simantoneously (calculator,notes,filmanager)
          sd card supported
          dual sim 3g not checked yet with lte network
          both micro sims

          cons:

          no light sensor
          less internal memory
          lil heating upto 40.9 degree temperature while playing games(old smartphones upto 37 degrees)
          lil slippery
          wifi battery discharging time is high .

          Full detail review :

          Iam using LG H736 dual sim version (Russian model support world wide network i think, some indian regional language supported nw im staying in UAE)
          No heating issue it wont exceed 40.9 degree as like some SD 615 processor smartphones
          Performance : no lag good for gaming too slightly heating while gaming only(now most of the latest processor smartphones or slightly heating only)dont run more apps in background or else its coming 1 to 1.5 days with data on normal usage chatting apps and browsing
          Battery : battery also good with data on in minimum brightness,with wifi not that good but ok for indoor
          Battery charging : no quick charging but not taking much time
          Camera: nice selfie wide angle camera with 1080p recording night selfie flash with use of display light,8MP Rear camera as usual record 1080p ,laser focus for fast focusing,daylight images is best for me ,low light is ok u can change modes in manual for night photos
          Display :full hd good colour reproduction nice viewing angle
          Build : Nice build premium design by LG,one hand operation tyipng ,we can use in one hand too if u have big hands not that much thick ,lil slippery in one hand buy good matt type cases for that (no need to swipe down from top for notification panel hav some home button options for that )
          speaker : 1w no low sound problems output speaker is really good for me,provided headset good sound with bass cant use with full volume very loud.
          Radio : Fm recording
          NFC
          Memory : internal 4.24gb for system,3.76gb for apps etc.as usual u knw jellybean ,kitkat nd lolipop nt supported sd card moveble option lets wait for 6.0 update for this device
          RAM : ddr3 type check qualcomm 615 page (not 2gb ddr2 type SD 410) : 1397mb total ,system 500 - 550mb ,iam getting 500 mb free ,300 - 350 only running for apps
          wifi network signal reception ,mic everything is fine
          otg not supported
          light sensor is missing,proxmity,compass is der
          battery power options: it shows correct battery discharging charging time if battery discharging remaining shows less hours u can extend more by without using the phone with all options off

                I just bought this phone in cape town south Africa, same day when I get home the headphone port was dead and took it back to dealer n they book it for inspection so they called me bck sayin the port is working I must just push hard the headphones,i mean duh iv done that and as for new phone thts totally a crap

                                gskilly, 19 Sep 2015I bought an LG G4 Beat on the 16/09/2015, I was stuck, didn... morebb user hahaha though u will say windows or ios but bb come one thats the sames as any java enabled device + bb pin thats what a bb device looks for me.
