Phone was a bit good until the 6.0 marshmallow update
The problem was critical
1 speakers not working
2 earphone jack not working
3 Bluetooth not working

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2021I have the same problem , it was work normally suddenly it ... morehad the same problem twice, when you have low abbtery it turns off. i replaced the battery and fixed it. it is a very very simple process.

And for today, Back Camera is BACK! Its Working Now! Very surprising, heal it self. Hahaha :D

After 2 weeks hold this Hp, always restart when Wifi On but not connected, then u just have several second to off wifi.. So dont lock hape.
4G cannot connect because i think its from korean and im on indonesia.. So just go with 3G
1-2 month its bateray suck when i tried to otg connect with hdd external.
Dunno the batteray is ori or not but i buy batteray kw. With 1/4 price the ori
After 1 years.. back camera died.. Flaslight off.
Several months again TS cant touch.
Well.. Still used for game emulator like wii and nds with gamepad otg.. Then zoom app for my son when study online.
Then.. This day the miracle come.. When my son use for game then left with hape still on.. Severay hours i holds its very hot like u touch the vga pc when playing.
Got the freezer for 20 minutes. Then when i charger for 80% then turn on.. Voila the TS is bac again.. Tx God.. I reallyike this phone for the curve screen thats cacthing overyone eyes. 🐸🐸

Turning off & never Turning on again.
Both have same situation
u must change Board of your phone
& never go back for Lg devices

My Lg G Flex 2 has a problem that i cannot recieve incoming calls nor i can call someone. When I dial a number it gives the message not in service area.
Please solve this if possible

Floxy, 14 Aug 2019I'm having same issue. Mine can't not open againyou can reset the phone. if that doesnt work, root the phone. just dont install custom rom. you should be happy with the performance. moreover, you can control the CPU speed and other stuff so the phone would work better.

I had a G flex 2 that I bought for my sis in 2016. after 11 months it had problem. device did not start. I had warranty from AMAZON and sent the phone back to them. but unfortunately they charged 60 bucks for battery replacement. then again after 7/8 months it was again off and did not start. so after leaving it off for more than a year, this time I bought a battery from a third party seller on amazon and replaced the battery myself. costed me less than 10 bucks. the phone is running again. but I am not sure how long it will go.
my point is, the CPU has problem with overheating and the battery is really bad. so if the phone doesn't start, more likely its a problem with the battery. you can easily change it, just check video on YouTube and do it yourself. good luck.
