I have an LG mobile 686 D Pro Lite - when I on the phone I get a message "Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped." or Android has stopped. I can`t use contact or phone :(
Please can someone help me!

i use g pro litr dual from 2 years...i got some issue when it on jellybean...but when i update to 4.4.2 ....issue has been removed...i tell only that please update this phone on lolipop or marshmallow..i doesnt see phone like this at this specification....

personally i find this phone very interesting and very sophisticated because of it,s ability in executing tasks . have hold many phones those where not so up to do so . still using three years. be course no problem. So all thanks are due to the conceptions of LG ltd cooperation .

Lalit, 06 Aug 2016I also faced this problem but under low batteryGOOGLE on how to clear cached data .clear it from your lg phone
move all photos ,videos, apps to your sd card
then clear unuseful messages and contacts
and restart your phone
these all steps can collectively help u out.

in this type of problems just change the cable/wall socket/adapter
or if any of these thing don't work put another battery in your phone bcoz then the battery could be defaulty

1) While the phone's Sync feature is on, the phone will sync all your contacts as well as messages with all available signed in social accounts including weather. During this process the phonebook and messages may not work or cause reasonable delay in appearing (only dialer shows up and works fine during this time). Try switching off the Sync feature through your notification tray or try avoiding use of phonebook or messaging while the phone is syncing until it's completed when connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi.
2) Too many contacts in phonebook might also be one of the primary reasons for this since it takes too much time to sync. Try merging your contacts via Gmail or join your contacts through phonebook settings or both. This will reduce the number of duplicate contacts in your phonebook without losing any contact information and threrby result in quicker sync times.

Good Fellow, 25 Aug 2016Will Lg G prolite D686 get Android NougatNo, this smartphone will be only limited to Android KitKat 4.4.2 version update which it received somewhere in the middle of 2014, since it's total internal ROM is limited to 8 GB only. Further, it's Dual-core 1.0 GHz processor and 1 GB RAM are a way too outdated and insufficient to handle further OS versions with ease.

This is the best phone I ever used . It runs 2 and half year without any problem . I love this phone . I lost this phone last week from BUS. I really miss him. I will recommend this phone.
