Remove the battery for 30 seconds insert it again and the software update option will be found under update center and it should work

Purchased the Lg Stylo aproximently 3 weeks ago. First I could not receive any group texts or attachments. They stated it was the phone and a new one was given to me- that one had the same problem. After 1 1/2 hours at the phone store, they contacted LG and was informed that there was a virus w/ some update alert from LG upon the phone being activated that was causing the texting issues. They did a factory reset on the phone and it was fine for about one week then it started happening again after I cleared out some old text messages. Contacted support- they worked with me over the phone. Yesterday, I dropped calls all day despite all of my locations being normal routine. I also had two different ocations where the touch screen locked up on me and I couldn't oporate the phone or even answer calls. Today I am again dropping calls like crazy. Can't talk to Customer Service becuase the call won't stay connected long enough! Very disapointed in this new phone. I have carried LG's for many years and this is the first product that I can honestly say I fully regret purchasing.

Ive got my lg g4 phone about 6 months and not really had issues maybe one or two calls that went to voice mail and me not knowing about it , even when theyd tell me they left me a voice mail I did not have either notifications of missed call or voice mail till days later it gave a notification. Also ive downloaded quite a few apps and never had any issue id install/ uninstall whichever app i no longer wanted even had quite a few apps at the same time but Now i keep getting insufficient space and i dont even have as many apps i even uninstalled more still i have no space ive cleaned cache & data still no space I THINK THIS IS AS LONG AS THIS PHONE IS Going To last . so disappointing i really liked this phone i chose it over the note5 .

I had my Phone for one and a half months and my screen went black I can't see anything I bought it brand new our the box and I can't return it for a new one they wasn't to replace it with a used Phone I love the Phone but Idk

My husband and I both got our LG Stylos at the same time...about 3 weeks ago. We both don't get notifications of text most of the time. My major concern is that yesterday my phone read voicemail pending....tap to call. When I did, it was a voicemail dated for 2 and a half weeks ago! What if there was an emergency? Would I get the message 3 weeks after the fact? Also, we both have sent each other text and never received them or they keep downloading and never finish! Save your money and get a cheaper phone!!!

phone tech., 19 Jan 2016Install a 128 gb or 64 Gb sd card and the go to the apps me... moreAccording to the user guide you can only gonas high 32gb sd but idk thats boost mobile for you shitty 7 years ago and nothings changed but i only seem to have pronlems when using boost apps i looged in online and the axcount address was citu:lomdon state:kentucky country:usa with a uk flag then got a text saying $25 was crediited to accoount for refer a friend and didnt do that got to the store i got it at and the girl says its a default address and she did the referral sketchy af the phone was around $120 or so they dont give away $25 for no reson somethings weird about that then i go to my car and call boost support and it sounded identical to the lady in the store

Just recently we have had problems with our text messaging and fb messenger. The text messaging will not notify me that I have a message, I will have to physically go to messaging and then it will pop up as a un read message but my phone will never go off. If it doesn't do that then I will never receive the message that people are telling me they sent. Fb messenger I will not get until I go to fb and see that I have a unread message but again no notification to my phone saying I got a message. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am not an expert so take this with a grain of salt. I am tech savvy though and have experienced these things and done some research. I have a LG G stylo. The stylo is rated at around 1GB of RAM memory and around 8GB of internal stroage. Part of this storage is partitioned out for downloads. This partition is required to run the apps. When you are moving the app to the memory card, you are only moving the portion of the app that is additional memory. It does not move the portion needed to run the app in the partition, so you will still run out of storage space when the partition is full. The external memory is only good for images, music, downloads, videos, etc. If your looking install alot of apps on your phone, you will need to find a phone with larger internal storage. They have a much larger partition for running apps.
