LG G Vista 2 now available for purchase in US
When AT&T announced the LG G Vista 2 last month, there was no information on what price tag it would carry and when it will go on sale. The good news is that the device is now available for purchase from the carrier, which is selling it for $449 off-contract.
Specs-wise, the stylus-totting handset is powered by a Snapdragon 617 SoC with octa-core (4 @ 1.5GHz, 4 @ 1GHz) processor, and sports a 5.7-inch 1080p IPS display. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable internal memory, and packs in a 3000mAh removable battery.
In terms of camera, the G Vista 2 features 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. On the software side, it runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and includes LG signature features like Knock On, Knock Code, QSlide, and Quick Memo.
There is currently no information on if and when the handset, which is the successor to last year's LG G Vista, will be launched in other markets around the world.
