I have 3+ year of experience with this phone,just last week it drown in water :(
I brought this cell cost of 1400 (2gb memory card free)3 years back,my 1st cell..
it has v good sound quality(with its head set only)for both radio and Mp3,but speaker was not good.
I brought it 4 internet(Game download) and song,I hav played almost 500+ j2me(java)games in my cell along with songs(videos) by download 4m internet(around 2gb + internet uses as per counter of mobile) :P,i have used gmail,facebook,tweeter,skype and many more application installed,But its inbuilt browser was too bad(using UC atmost).
But the processor were lil slow,some time hang issue also,some time used to swithcdoff whel falling from lil hight,screen too small,dont support big picture to view,download also not possible for 35+ MB file :( ;I have used almost all features heavely .....
It drowned 2 times in water still it was safe,this time its my badluck :(
Can any 1 suggest me some good fone to buy,range max 20K,5+ MP camera :)

Lg gb170mobile phone os is very low .sometimes hang it please tell me friend what i do for os faster

a superb phone..i dnt think that a person buying a phone at such a low cost should desire for the smartphone experience but u may like the java support of the phone as u get a no. of games and applications to be downloaded in the phone.this phone is altogether a packed gift where u get mp3 player,good games and apps(JAVA MIDP2.0 downloadable)GPRS,good battery life,a long call and sms memory and all.

i m using LG GB170. and this is very worst cell phone.its operating function is very poor quality and very low.

they flashed my phone twice ..those idiots changed my phone's PCB nd they didn't even changed the IMEI no. of the device they replaced
even after changing its still not working
m thinking about consumer court but warranty has elapsed ....
this smart guy, the manager of Bangalore division is now showing different reasons that y its not working

Does this phone put less than 250kb for a picture and 10mb for a song as need to know only. Is it using big or small port to charge through cable and charger? Where and how much is this one in singapore. Please reply it as soon as possible as i am waiting.

Does this phone use big or small port for charging as need to know only. Does it support up to 8gb external memory or not. Does it have in singapore or not. Please reply it as possible.

I bought this mobile today.
This is a MOBILE + MP3 PLAYER. Music Quality is good. I could connect to my Laptop and also got the memory card working without issues.

it's look pretty good.. mp3.. fm radio... external memory...mobile tracker.. .GPRS ....java\wap sup port cost:1900 only with free 2gb memory card(in selected areas). .but it does not connect with pc.. the phone suite usb modem driver is not working..
