I have used this phone for about six months now. It is reliable phone in every sense. The touch screen works fine, especially the QRTY key board when you turn the phone onn it side is a real ease typing long messages. It can download all the music file you need, but there is one major flaw: I cannot understand why this phone is not 3G, with HSDPA capability. The phone is slow.

Lg gd510 phone is nice wen it comes to style..its so simple and thin,i bought it 4 mos.ago..and its stil ok its just dat i dnt use it often,for i find it (poor) quality,.but it just depend on how u use it,i guess.i just hope it wil last,for its d 5th phone i had..(not ol LG unit)i just pray....

It is a wonderful mobile I ever bought. Its screen is awesome performance and everything is fine. Compared to nokia, samsung, sony ericsson then my openion LG PEP is wonderful device. Its camera takes very sharp and clear pictures. Battery life is 4 days for a normal use. Internet is very fast like 3G. Its speaker is best performance like real sounds (sure you cant say real sound and its sound). It can use a light or feather touch. It is a great mobile that LG ever released. I touch it and love it.

The phone stucks(hangup) in between. when u end the call u can still hear the other persons voice.So just check up the piece when u take it.

yeah , i got this phone 5 months back and everything is working fine. this phone is good. but i do also agree that it have minor drwbacks- microphn is nt good and poor battery back up, and no wifi and main thing need to worry is battery back up.and the phone freezes sometimes.a very delicate phone. and we need to be careful and nt for a rough use....but a very stylish model with good camerea clarity and a good mobile i can say.....

I had bought a LG mobile model No.GD510 at thane. Soon after purchasing of the same I could see that I am unable to getting charge .
I took up the issue with area office of LG at thane and I was advised that this is a techinal problem issue and the mobile had to be given to service centre at thane. After keeping my mobile at service centre at thane for nearly 30min the same was returned back to me stating the same cannot be rectified.

I had also taken up this issue with lgservice@lgindia.com on numerous occasions and also with sureshpykkat@lgindia.com. But nothing happened.
It is really regrettable and shameful that an organization like LG has no care for their customers who believe in them and go by the brand name.
Hence I would request you to either replace my mobile at the earliest or else the money spent by me in purchasing this mobile should be refunded to me along with interest.
