Helo frends plz dnt ever thnk to by lg gd510 as it has many problems associated like as it doesnt suport video downloding,camera wthout nght flash or dnt hve mp quality..i felt sory y i buy such handset...

I got The LG pop as a replacement for my Sony phone. At first it looks and handles great. But after a few weeks of use I cant hear voice calls well. I have to plug in my hands free to be able to talk to anyone and the volume on the phone will only go so high. Its very annoying to have to keep plugging in hands free, I don't know if anyone else has had this same problem. Writing texts on the touch screen is also annoying as you cant edit texts too well, its very fiddly.
Its very uncertain on sending picture messages, sometimes it will send and sometimes it wont.
As for the camera, I guess its good for the phone, it doesnt have a camera light or night vision and is a fixed focus :(
I've had it only for 2 months and I'm already looking to replace it.

I have just purchased the LG GD510, it works ok, but the problem that I have is when I try to tranfer music from my PC. I've installed a 8gb micro sd memory card, formated it on the phone, when I try to transfer the pc says "not enough space on external Drive D:" I'm tranfering each album using cut and paste, this worked wirh the internal phone memory before I fitted the sd card. It's as if the pc is not seeing the sd card, I'm probably making a lot of work for myself on something simple, I'd appreciate any help or advice, thanks.

he its good yar you can do anithing with it but i have no idea about that it support the mp4 file or not?

NOt a good phone....
battery backup is very bad...
nokia and samsung is much more better than this..
please don't buy lg gd510 pop... u'll suffer..

Anonymous, 10 Jul 2010is this phone available in the philippines. i want to know,... morei think samsung corby pro might be a good choice as it iffers a qwerty keyboard, a nice camera, good battery life, 3g ,wifi, and samsung is one of the leading company in world market

i have the LG pop and its really not that great, i was expecting it to be amazing, but it will not allow you to do very many things at once and it will always say 'maximum applications reached' and when it does that you need to restart your phone, and it is also VERY hard to type becasue of how small the screen is

Im planning to buy this phone... but not really sure. I'm stuck deciding between the Samsung Star and this LG pop.
It said that it has a handwriting recognition so does that mean there's a pen??
And this phone is pretty small... but is the screen the same size as other touch phones???
