i just bought this gadget a week ago- it's cool for a certain needs, like me, i always have my notebook which has a wifi, so i don't need it on my phone, well gd510 is ok for those who needs handy,(not bulky on my pocket) cheaper mobile phone, it is the typical phone for ordinary use now-a-days, mp3 player(better when using bluetooth)touchscreen, with keyboard, for me... this gadget rocks!

if you charge Solar Panel (10 min charging) you will get 2 mins 30 second talk time......

Armin, 31 May 2010Which one is better: Nokia5230 or LG Pop?please answer me!Nokia 5230/5233 is a Smartphone which run on symbian os. So you can add a lot of 3rd party software in it and its 2mp camera is not bad at all. Actually without autofocus a 2mp camera and 3mp camera perform almost same. So go for Nokia... but... Samsung s5620 monte is much more better than both of them. It has 3.15mp camera with smile detection, 3g, wifi everything. So if you found this almost same price as nokia 5230 has than go for Samsung.
In my opinion Monte is better than Nokia 5230 and Nokia 5230 is better than Lg gd510.

This phone has been a horrifying experience. got it with a faulty memory card. when contacted the LZg service centre in goregaon they said the memory card had a virus.i was not able to use a lot of features and within a month the touchscreen started acting wierd.purchased it for rs 6300 and sold it for just rs 3000 within a month. waste of my hard earned money. im never gonna buy any lg products now.... :(

If you want to have a good phone with a lot of extra fun features and a good camera then go for LG POP. If you are looking for a stable and conservative mobile with OS then opt for Nokia. Both are good in their own way. I prefer to go for Nokia as it has more advanced features than LG and if you can sacrifice on Camera

thinktank, 28 May 2010i bought mine at LG concept shop at ION, $219 with phone ca... morethanks for yr info. I still thinking to buy or not. Currently using n97 will be major downgrade till the nokia n8 release as i'm definately getting one.
