haris, 03 May 2010Yes you can install opera mini, but i don't have any idea a... morebuudy now forget opera mini or other browser, now install ucweb browser. belive me this is the best for internet. i daily download more than 200 mb with this bowser.
you can go google and search there {ucweb for lg gd510}.
and enjoy, but dont forgrt me.......

I bought it last month. it has sleek design for great handling & functions are great. overall it is awesome phone in its pricing.

lg service not good here in the philippines where it is called cookie pop. the specs and design may be good but once you got problem forget about getting good service form your vendor or lg itself.

Had this phone for about a month, satisfied with basically everything it offers. However, one little thing irritates me. The battery life lasts long, but is only updated when not in sleep mode, in other words, the battery indicator is not accurate all the time. It may display 3 battery bars, but suddenly drop down to 1 in the next 10 minutes.

hey guyz...just bought d phone 2 days back after reading reviews here. The phone is just amazing i mean... d looks, clarity,camera,sound in speakers as well as headphone . The only problem is d touchscreen...it is not very sensitive..sometimes you have to press twice or thrice to select.Also my phone gets warm whenever i keep it on charge or connect it to pc...i donno if anyone else is facing d same problem..Apart frm these things..lg gd510 is awesum considering its price...just go for it guyz...

The Best Phone I have ever had. And it is also on the 8th place of the 15 best phones in the world. Only the touch screen is not like the iphone, but it is really good. About the music speaker I can tell that it can not be compared with the Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones(it is not so good like them). all the other things are really good and for that price I can tell that it is the best phone. If you don't want to waste money for some smartphone or some expensive phone like iphone, don't think anymore, go and buy Lg gd 510 pop ;) you won't regret it:)

Looks nice...very much sensitive touch UI...but there is one problem..the standby and the talk time...ok its not a problem for those kinda people who rarely use their phone for work...or use it only for work....but still it should be considered before u gonna buy it.

I got second LG GD510 after DOI, and first day it start hanging while using internet on PC... as I was facing with First one.
So worst phone ever i've got, Firends my money has lost, pls save your's.
battery backup 2.5hr (talk time), sound quality badest, connectivity is very poor....
Is anybody else who is facing such problem with connecting internet to PC.

Siddharth,listen lg gd510 pep/pop...is a basic feature phone...its based on java..so ur choice of apps is limited,also d sound quality is not so good as obviously its just a 'basic'..n its camera lags like hell like nokia's s40 ones...also screen resolution is not dat good ...n use of accelerometer is near to somewhat 10% of all d activities u perform,in this phone...nd remember dis a low end fone so u can expect d app like opera mini 5 to lag like somewhat hell...
But d screen is enough good in terms of pixelation,brightness n finally contrast..it only supports 2 lac colors...so hold no expectations with dis one...
Animation do lag at times...nd dont hope this lags to be fixed..as it has a v.weak processor....
Final word:if u'll go wid this fone u will end up fighting wid ur dad for none n will b trapped in a cage...
