Imagine it - superb battery life, excellent video and photos - better than a high end digital camera, turn by turn GPS, thin, light, makes phone calls, video chat without having to use wifi cheap, fast, cool, amazing OS, apps for everything, social. Yep it doesn't exist.

is it capable of streaming internet radio, Pandora, for instance, when the phone is not in its wi-fi mode? Does it work well with AT&T? Thanks for your answeranswers.

My first touch phone (the phone I wanted was a 2009 Nokia deemed of course out of date and therefore unobtainable) and I really don't like it. As I should have anticipated, it is massively over-programmed. I, for one, am not interested in half the icons that appear: Bluetooth; Twitter; Orange Communication; Facebook and others. It looks the part and yet it does not do what it is supposed to do very well. The phonebook access is poor and is not user-friendly. Sending texts is a real bind and the screen is hard to see in even mild sunlight and the battery does not hold its full charge for more than one day. Of course I am not a technical whizz and therefore my comments may not impress but I am a customer and it is, at the end of the day, supposed to be a telephone!

WiFi - very poor/slower than the desktop, pathically. Design - Toyish look (thinner is always poorer than shorter/thicker with mobiles), screen and speed - very poor, Phone -#### , music - poor, Apps -not ok. Kind of phone you'd probably never keep for a long time, it's poorer for what it does.

Stephen, 22 Jul 2010Yes there isn't a lot out there in terms of apps. There are... moreAre you by any chance a Chinese as well that you know the phone supports Chinese characters? lol
Actually, I'm not really an app person. Plus I have an ipod touch, in which I have some apps already. I am not using a data plan neither at the moment...so probably the phone may be good for me? lol (although I can't browse websites....I really love the screen of this phone)
Thanks a lot!! :)

Anonymous, 22 Jul 2010Thank you very much Stephen. I would also like to ask about... moreYes there isn't a lot out there in terms of apps. There are a few built in widgets but nothing amazing. When browsing use mobile formatted sites. There doesn't seem to be a dictionary but it does have chinese language/characters. Basically Java apps are the only real option, eg Getjar. If it is apps you want, this isn't the phone. Cheers.

Stephen, 21 Jul 2010I don't think the number of widgets affects scrolling speed... moreThank you very much Stephen. I would also like to ask about the widgets in the phone. Is there a built-in dictionary in the phone? (because I am Chinese!) I read that you can download widgets on the LG app store, but there aren't a lot of choices, are there?
Thanks!
