Anonymous, 18 Feb 2009It has really cool design, when you grab itThis phone sucks I have two of them and in both of them the top two buttons don't work when you're running apps making all apps useless. It lags endlessly sometimes forcing me to take the battery out. It doesn't remember my settings and I have to manually change it to t9 everytime I write something new.

hi I had sounds on my memory card and one minute they are there and next they are gone it keeps telling me they are on internal not external how do I get that.

Anonymous, 09 Aug 2011to get out of multi tasking turn phone off completely, and ... moreActually u don't have to turn off your phone, u just press the multitasking button, select the app what are u multitasking( like games etc.) Well then press on the game, then press on escape button ( red one:) and it will delete it from the multitasking list. IF u have deleted all the apps ( Home&Menu is not included) The multitasking icon at the top will disappear and u can use the camera again. ( having the same phone) :S

i love this phone i have had it for 2 years and still love it. only disappointment is the camera- my zoom doesn't work??? also to get out of the multitasking function you press the end call button like normal (at least normal for me) and the reason you cant get into the camera might be because you are multitasking and it doesn't work. also you may be low on battery i have noticed when it gets into the last bar the camera and music function doesn't work.

Phone looks pretty good, mp3 player may lag sometimes, I don't know why but in phone are two players one is working good, but the second one in blue color are some problems with sound volume, camera is pretty bad for 3 megapixels, because phones with 3.1 megapixel have a lot better image quality. when you insert the micro sd memory card it starts work slower.

I found that it is a sweet phone. Good colour, good quality MP3 player and the auto focus on the camera is pretty good. Overall a very good phone. Once you read the manual properly you wont have too many problems.

You should take the phone back to the store and get it replaced, mine did this too straight out of the box, got it replaced and it hasnt done it yet, fingers crossed

sam, 06 Jun 2009when i try go into the camera or video it says cannot execute. I have had this to. I noticed that when it happens there was a small square type icon that came up on the screen. This is the multi function button its located on the side of the phone. when this button is activated it stops the camera working. It seems to come on if I do multiple txts. Im not sure how to get out of it other than removing the battery hence the reason I came into this site to find the answer. If youre careful when holding the phone u wont press this button and activate the multi finction feature and your camera should be sweet. Karen.
