This is one of the worst touch screen phones I've ever seen. Please run away when u see it! I had to change my touch screen twice just within six months. You can't use a full track as your ring tone, it doesn't also support any video & audio formats. Don't buy it!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this phone!! This is the worst phone I have ever used. I have used just about every brand and this is my first LG. It will also be my last. Even if someone offers you one for free, don't take it. Your life will be miserable. This phone has done nothing but give me headaches. It NEVER holds service, not even in major cities and places where other AT&T users have full bars. It often will not turn on at all, and I will have to turn the phone off and back on again constantly to get texts. I will never use another LG phone again!

Don't buy this phone. At first I was pleased with its features but within three months the screen has begun to freeze. I bought it for approximately $60 seeking a upgrade over what AT&T offers for those who hold a contract but do not want to incur a $15 additonal fee for text and messages. I think as a AT&T branded phone, this status (both in how they treat those who don't want a $15 fee in addition to a monthly plan and the phones they offer as a result) is deplorable.
Do not buy the LG GS 390 phone for if you do, very quickly life will NOT be good.

I bought this phone in December, 2010. After six months now, the touch pad doesn't work. One moment it did, next it didn't. Not happy with $100 product. My $40 Nokia more reliable.

I've had this phone for about a month now and one night i was talking to my best friend on the phone and the sound stop working out of the middle of nowhere the sound doesn't work for anything like my ringtones or nothing

I have had this phone for about 4 months now and today out of nowhere I was sending a text and while I was trying to press the letters on the screen, it was selecting letters only on the right side of the screen. Then about an hour later, the touch screen stopped working completely. As far as I know there is no way to fix this and unfortunately I have a gophone which means I have no warranty on my phone. :-( Sprint it is!!

Had this phone for over 6 months with no problems, even drop in a lake, fished it out and let it dry still working like new.

I have this phone and have only had it for a few months. In the time that I have had it, it freezes up and won't do anything not even shut off leaving me with only the alternative to pull the battery out to shut it off then replace and restart and now the touch screen is no longer functioning. Buttons on the side work but does no good since you can't do anything but unlock it and use the camera. Piece of junk, don't waste your money like I wasted mine!

Bought it for my daughter for christmas, now the touch screen is going out. Only buy if you plan on getting the warranty too.
