I have had a very bad experience with this phone!
The first one I bought BROKE within a month. The screen just simply stopped working. My service providers replaced it, and within another two months it broke again. I only dropped the phone two or three times, and it broke the second time LONG after the last drop. None of these drops were from very high mind you.
So if you MUST get this phone DO NOT DROP IT! NOT EVEN ONCE!
You still run the risk of the screen just crapping out on you.

I have this exact phone actually. I really like it, I like the touch screen for the keypad. I've had it a few months now and I dont seem to have any problems. They have this new "film" you can put over your phone so it doesn't scratch the surface. It cost about 20 bucks and I had a professional @ the store I went to put it on. My battery life is fine, as long as you charge it right away and don't use the phone for at least 24 hours the battery shouldnt die off. I've had problems with LG battery life before but this one I've had it on non-stop for 2 days and it's on it's last bar probabl another 6-7 hours and I'll have to charge it for bout an hour. That's really not that bad. I love the keypad awesome...enough said. The camera is alright, not the best one but I have a digital camera so I'm not too worried bout it. The games are stupid on it. The ring tones are kinda lame, but I like the cloud one they have on it. I don't have internet anymore on it but when I did it was easy to hook up and sent aim messages or browse do whatever I wanted.

To all of you who are comlaining that the you cant txt with the touchscreen dont be mad thats your problem, before you buy a phone you should brouse to different companies and ask everything you want and need to know about the phone you want. dont buy it expecting it to be something its not than get mad. I have this phone and so far i havent had any problems, its a good phone the camera and video is pretty good. the only thing i am having trouble with is the memory card. i cant get the songs from the card onto the phone. has anyone else had this problem and do they know how to do it???

Ok, I want to buy this phone simply because it's affordable and stylish but I need to know if it's like the Xenon in the sense of letting me set a text tone OTHER than the preloaded (boring) tones that LG put on the phone...in other words...can I set a downloaded ringtone as a text alert on this phone?

I seriously like the design of this mobile & The colour but it being LG and phone's slidoing that way usually casues problems after a couple of weeks and that excluding the crappy battery life ... :/ I have a question?! which is better Sidekick or this phone?? And would Sidekick be compatible in malta??

This phone has a cool design but i have to agree that before purchising LG in general u must be carefull as they do tend to have very bad battery life.

The ks360 is european/asian tri-banded. The ks360 would have weaker cell signal and lower quality call quality in the americas than the neon and vice versa.

yay!!! im getting this phone its the first phone i have ever gotten and i'm so excited and i cant wait until i get it its really cool and dependable for kids like me so if u like to text or you are a kid this is a great phone so im getting the white and green and i just cant wait yay!!!!!
