what makes ku285 unique is that it is the only handset in the market today which DOES NOT have a IMEDISPLAon its screen. May be L should start giving away Wrist watches to its buyers as a promotion scheme. WEIRD isnt it?

How is the battery backup(Talk time).Because 3 yaers back i had a bad experience with LG.at taht time I was carrying the charger also along with mobile.

I was sad to see that many are telling bad abt LG. This is not the right way to comment. If we want more options, then lets look for a gadget with those rather than complaning abt things that this phone doesnt have. With the feature that it has now, its definately a good phone. I have used nokia, samsung, sony and now a LG. Its a different phone. To me all brands are good in some or the other way and they all have different styles and stratergies. Every phone cannot be alike. The naming stlye, UI, marketing, packaging, accessories... all are different for each brand. This is a stylish slide, silver n black. this is a user friendly phone, large screen, blue n black interface, hi speed internet, quick BT transfer, one touch keys to access all menus. I never expect mobile cams to be like that of a nikon or canon or to be like that of a sony surrond system. When its going to perform like a nikon or a sony surround the battery will run away and finally when u really wanna make a call, the phone will not serve the true purpose for which you bought this for. so lets expect phones to be phones and not digi cams and dobly systems. let them be modes of communication through voice and text.

this model is quite gud in that segement 3G. due 2 price as well as its feature. bt one thing i feel is that the camara quility. 1.3mp is ok bt if camara is 2mp that will be edge of this model..

This is better then nokia's worst 2730 3G. in 5000 rs i got a nice looking phone with 3G & video calling & 8 gb expendable momory. Keep it up LG.

LG Never can be compared with samsung cause the same and ugly type of same and same user interface with ugly black and white themes first then body and screen pixels,screen size, constructions and handset packaging accessaries and unboxing thats why lg never ahead of samsung and its a challenge
