How do I create my own groups on the contacts. I have realised that it comes with standard groups and can't allow any additional groups. Anyone able to solve this...????????

Depends on your needs...If you´re after a phone only for text and phonecalls i would suggest a basic phone.
This is a multimedia phone touchscreen, not a smartphone tough, but it´s good for it´s purpose...
i´m happy with it...

This phone it a great phone for the price range and definatly competes with most smartphones within the 300-400 dollar range.

I'm in the market for my first chellophone and this one perticulary caught my eye. My dad keeps saying that he'll try to find one for me but so far no luck. I'm going to try to get one in time for my bday next and for my graduation onto middle school. Would you recommend this phone for some one that tends to foget there sports stuf @ home and needs to send a quick call or txt?

I have this phone and dont ecomend it i have had to have it sent away several times as sometimes it wll not let me text and does that regually and also all the buttons have stopped working so i have to do everything on the screen.

Unfortunately gmpas doesn´t support Portugal Maps...way incomplete....

the keyboard is awesome(black one). i use it with 16gb toshiba micro sd card and sennheiser mm200 bluetooth stereo headset. this combination makes it perfect but you have to charge it every night because the battery life is not so good. you may download Opera Mini for faster speeds, and the default browser speed is also amazing. the basic operating system is good enough, you may download all applications made with Java. it doesnt have a GPS unit but you may download "Mobile GMaps" for free. after all, if you have an internet package, this phone would became the king of the world.

If this happens more than once tak the sim card and everything out and then wait for around 10 mins put the sim card and everything in and it should work!

If it had wifi it would be more expensive....This is not a buisness phone, just a good looking phone with a great qwerty keyboard, and resonable set of features! nest to this only Corby pro is better, but it looks way more childish phone, and the keyboard is worse

It would be big avantage if GW520 equiped with Wifi capable. However, 3G can partially compensate that.
