i heard that this model wont to be launch in indonesia, anybody know the reason?actually i have seen the dummy and i think it is a good phone, am i right?

The phone is not worth for the price,
I bought & sold it only after using for a week,
Its not comparable to nokia E71 or even E63,
Negatives:
1) buttons too hard
2) Bad camera
3) No help in the mobile
4) Signal receptions not good, i put my sim in both E71 & this phone, E71 used to give full strength but for LG it was only 2 bars.
There was no reception inside the malls or lifts.
5) There are dual speakers but together volume is not that loud.
my advice is not to go for this & if somebody is windows specific they should go for touch phones as phones like this are too complex........

hi guys plz have a look on Htc touch2 with same price.almost same feature but with bigger ram bigger display .touchscrean.push email and better video codec...

GW550 have WIFI !!! and his cpu is a powerfull qualcomm msm a7200 , and the OS is windows mobile 6.5.

GW550 does not have a 3.5mm audio jack.

I already have it... the only detail that I don´t like is the screen size and the camera flash that doesn´t exist!!!.

I tried the phone. the keyboard is really nice. it's is bigger than blackberry and Nokia e72. Really good size for guys, realy comfortable to use. Ideal size actually.

Windows mobile 6.5 without processor nand SDRAM is like a toyphone not a smartphone XD, WiFi navigation sucks in this phone.

Does this have a GPS? does it support 3rd party gps apps?
I was convinced to buy Samsung Corby Pro, but the only thing it lacks what i wanted was Outlook email Sync (push email), but I hope this one has.

I just bought it a week back and I'm very Impressed by its performance. setting up Wi-Fi connection at my workplace was quick and easy with no range issues. It has a good speaker set and takes decent photographs. I can view my office docs except cannot edit them but will find a third party tool if present to do the job. overall I can say its as good as Nokia E72 with some differences and its price is not exorbitant.
