M very much satisfied with phone,but my keypad had broken.the upper keys-round one,left, right, call, end and numeral keys 1,2,3 came out as soon as i remove lamination.also the back cover has became loose.can i get new keypad and back cover? Any solution? Plz help

This one is a dumbed down LG GM205, the advantages are batery, dual chip, and the 8gb sd card, please lg bring back the gm205 with better yet specs, anyone remember the 2.1 sound boofer on the gm205???

Hello,
I have this phone for more than a year and I'm very satisfied.
Using 2 sims baterry last 7 days. Using 1 sim, baterry last 14 days.
The headphone is very loud and clear, very handy when you are in a noisy enviroment.

Simple phone for call and SMS, i've been using this phone for 4yrs now and still working perfectly.Standby time is 2 weeks, if normal use for call and SMS it will take up to a week, no hassle of charging or looking for any power outlet every time I travelled unlike my iphone which I have to charge everyday.

I'm overall very happy with this phone and would recommend it, for people who want a no nonsense, long battery life, globally usable (quadband) phone for calling and texting, and perhaps listening to music or the radio, and making the occasional snap shot with the camera.
It is not a smartphone and I would not recommend it for browsing. It's a basic phone for users who want just that.
In normal use (without listening to music) 24/7 on the battery time is more 2 weeks, which is great. Th dual simcard options runs smoothly here. They are functional at the same time, you can text, call, receive texts and calls on 2 numbers at the same time. A small light indicates which card you're working on. The interface is clear and the screen is vibrant and bright.
Photo quality depends a bit, but I didn't buy it as a photo camera. good enough for quick snapshots. Sound quality for both calling and mp3 is fine, I did not experience any problems.
A negative side of this phone is that in silent mode, the alarm isn't working. So, in order to use the alarm function you need to leave your phone on during the night in normal mode.
A minor nuisance might be that the user interface when reading a text is not very efficient, header with sms info covers a large part of the screen in reading mode and leaves limited space for the actual message.
Standard memory is full pretty fast. Buying the additional microsim card to extend this is advisable.
Earphones are needed to listen to radio (or other music files). My experience is that earphones from nokia can be plugged in as well and work fine.
I dropped the phone a couple of times and it also became we in the rain once or twice: phone didn't seem to bother. Seems to be more solid then many of today's smartphones.
All in all: good phone, recommendable for users who want a long life battery., simple, basic, easy to operate quadband phone to use worldwide.
