snp, 12 Jun 2010i hav puchased gx 200 on 24 th of may and yesterday it has... moreIt is a good phone as reflects from specification as it was badly needed dual sim with long battery timing but i would like to know before purchaseing the phone:
1. If i am talking with sim1, someone is calling in sim2, can i receive call alert from sim2?

Can i install hebrew language,if yes so i can i don it.
By the way the character & the numbers are very big and it very comfortable for people over 50 year old.
I recommended This model with 2 sim.

i hav puchased gx 200 on 24 th of may and yesterday it has been stoped working. when approached lg service, they find out that the board is not working. but they hav no stock now. any way the batery life also poor, first two cycles of recharge will be 4 days, but it reduced by a day. i feel the batery consumptioon is due to board problem. anyway i am disapointed by LG.

LG 200 is cheaper and better than Samsung dual SIM. LG is the only phone which supports quad band so roaming will be absolutely no problem.
Everything else also works fine.

The LG is very poor and slow
Samsung will be a headache with so many technical problems....
Both are a bad option . .
Anyway, don't by a touch-screen phone

I am interested in buying a dual sim phone, my c... moreDear,GX 200 is Dual Standby SIM whereas C6112 is Dual Active SIM & is a sliding phone.It cost somewhere around 6200/- & GX 200 cost around 3500/-
Now it is U who has to decide.But I suggest u not to go for a sliding dual SIM phone bcoz u will hv problems wid two slots.Instead, go for Samsung 5112 which is a good handset & cost around 4300/-

in this phone we cant set a ringtone for msg or to a contact & there is no good options. z camera is so poor.

My 5 friends are using this Samsung Handset & hv not reported any problem like in GX 200 reviews.
In GX 200,the speaker phone is not loud enough & d sound quality is not good.
Also, d camera quality is poor wid very irritating shutter sound which cant be done away.
After 400 contacts d phone processing bcoms very slow & its not very compatible wid bluetooth of certain handsets.
