Its fatal disadvantage is the slowness.. slow touch screen effect, slow in finding contacts, slow in opening messages inbox .....

With it features & look it may be the most decent type of dual sim phone available to market at that time.
However, still LG commonly have this slownness in every phone.

However, the best thing is to go to them not to go for pity third parties, in srilanka there is no guranteed service providers.

my gx500 phone unfortunatly got wet,but after it working properly for few days, but now it not switch on.how can i rapair it ? i am in srilanka ,our service provider (ie.Abans sri lanka) were not good staff they always try ignore services so please help me to service it myself. thank you!

Touch screen is very slow, it cause me a headache when I make research for name,
or update phone number in the phone book. I asked the after service center and they informed me that the CPU of this model is slow, so if you have little patience when you use it, you might throw it away.
So, try to be patient when use it and wait 30 second till the screen page will be changed.
