as a fan of lg (since prada3.0)i can easily say that lg is getting rid of old components. good phone with touch screen for the price. i was using (abusing really) lg's L2 410 with exactly half of this specs and it was undestructable! currently using samsung core prime and the only difference i can see is the screen size lol. if lg make this k5 as rigit and solid(hardvare wise) then ill say buy it for sure!!!
still looking to find lg product to match my g2(SIZE vs specs).

Picture is wrong; K5 has integrated battery and non-removable battery cover. Is also less curved on the bottom and top edges.

But technology of this year is still expensive.
For example in present Apple Iphone SE cost like 600 eur which is too much.
After 2-3 years same phone will cost 1/3 less.
For another Example Meizu MX5 cost around 350 eur in my country.
After 2-3 years it will cost half of that price.
Reason is simple china makes good products and everything is made in china or Thaiwan.
Every phone even apple have their basic components made in china rest is glued p by its mother company to mkake a whole complete product ( in this case phone).

I personally don't believe that Chinese phones are good, but I use a new phone every year, and I don't want to spend at least 400$ on phone that doesn't suck. For the record: most peaple on this planet can't afford spending as much, but every one should have a phone that doesn't lug, a phone with some juice left after a day of use, a phone with descent storage. And sure I will be happy to spend more for better quality, more futures not for basics.
My point is that it's 2016 .... technology is cheaper now, I would like to see that.

For its very low price its not bad.
Anyway expensive or cheap phone they last from 2 to 4 years and then you have to buy new because of freezing, slow respond, battery problems etc.
