I do no reccomend getting this phone. as it says numerous times, the reception is the worst I have ever seen or used on any phone. you cant get ringtunes, or connect to the internet. People are saying the speaker volume isn't very good but I don't mind it at all. But never the less I am selling mine because it is the worst phone I have every had. Complete waste of my money.

Wow! Its such a pretty phone! I want it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad!

1 question: when you get an animated text message, does it play the animation?

this phone is beauteous,
Bettery timings not good,
LCD good,
Camera good,
voice too low, speaker too low and lacks quality.

emy, 25 Sep 2008hey...so i cant listen to real music on it?Dear Emy: you can listen to real music on it if u use hands-free for this purpose. Otherwies, as earlier narrated, speaker sound is too low and lacks "quality". Beauty of this set and good matalic presentation creates strife :p.

Bought this fone a week ago.. I think this is a great fone. All eyes are starring at me while I'm using this fone. Don't have any problem at all.. Even the battery and signals are fine..
If U wanna play Ur mp3 minimized, juz press the camera/mp3 button on the side of the phone..

If your copy them any where else, your cant reach them. Make sure to copy any of the three sub folders within "sounds foulder" (Digital, Simple, MP3). Thanks.

This phone is very attractive/eye catching. Made of good metalic material. Usage is not so cooperative. Speaker sound is very low which seems acheles heel in this set. Moreover, in Pakistan, you can't use gprs if you use Jazz connection (Indigo works). Other flaws are overcome by its stunning beauty and size. Thanks.

This phone can only use 4 built-in boring tones for assignment to incoming text messages. And these built-in tones are not loud enough for you to notice. You can't use MP3 files as incoming message tones.
The screen also dims out every 5 seconds of no activity. Which means, if you are reading a long text message, or even a PDF file e-book, you'll need to annoyingly press any keys to re-light the screen. There is no way to change this screen-dimming timer.

LG SHINE, This phone sucks
no reception, very week signal than normal phones, I have another nokia 2626 and it has full reception, bad sound and bad network connectivity.

This phone is HORRIBLE phone. Been using it for several months now and is by far one the worst phones I've ever had. I get absolutely no reception in places that I would normally get reception in with my other phones. My contacts names wont show when they call or text me even though I would save them and even have them on my speed dial. The sound is horrible, speaker phone does not work that well either. Over all, I've found this phone to be more a problem. The only good thing is that it looks sleek and very chic.
