Hi. I own a lg ke820. The nos in the keypad started to dropped. I hv tried to go down lg service centre but they do not hv the replacement keypad. So where can I get the keypad to replace my existing damaged keypad. The phone still works well.

my cell phone is almost 3 years old... it was working properly till last 15-20 days.. but now it gets hanged again and again.. i even changed the software but no avail.... can u give me any solution??

Best phone EVER!! I have had it for 3 years now and it is still working PERFECTLY! (even though it has been dropped many times).. Yes, the keypads seem to fall off but a bit of super glue fixes that problem :) Wish LG would bring out this model again, with some small improvements such as mp3 feature for alarm/sms etc.

Yes, ur rite! For me, it start falling on 3rd year of use. And im luck to get 3rd party replacement for 61 HKD. im gonna migrate to Nokia C5 though~

i strongly recommend not buying this phone for one reason. the keys fall off! i had it for an year and 9 keys hav already fallen off!! i lost one of them!

-Best keypad
-UI responsive and reliable for memorized key sequences
-Clear speaker
-Excellent FM radio reception
-Photo sharp and colorful under daylight white balance
-Sharp and colorful LCD
-clear snapshot of A4 10pt fonts document
-joystick far better than Nokia direction pad
-stereo bluetooth mp3
-fun composer detect notes
Cons:
-no input language switching while in OperaMini
-no file support in OperaMini (due to stupid security bug)
-no sms while in OperaMini
-no sms backup
-no SDHC support, i.e. 2GB at most
-mic low reception if ear-mouth distant longer than a 9 months old.
-directional mic aiming well at the one next to you
-lowest volumn can be lower (i.e. finer at low volumn)
-short battery esp under MP3 or phone
-always default auto white balance, which is blueish
-no mp3 as alarm, no gradient alarm
-no 3.5mm or micro USB slot, clumsy socket at the side

You can get full keypad replacement at any authorised lg service center posted on their website. Just go to support on the LG India website and select from dropdown menus for service centre contact details. Cost is 460 bucks if out of warranty. Also its a good idea to call the service centre and ask if they have the keypad for KE820 in their stocks.
