I love this phone for its features like camera internal 50 MB memory but the one thing which makes this phone to compare other cell phone is the short text messages memory

I've had the Shine for about a month and a half now and the only thing that could be different is the processing, it is a touch slow at times. I've been able to connect to everything just fine. If you drop it too many times it will shut off periodically and if you drop it hard enough it will reset the memory. Over all i give this phone a 4.5 on a five point scale. Just be careful with it and don't drop it

Nice phone but came with no usb lead or headphones. This maybe on UK models only,I dont know. Only takes up to 2 gig micro sd card, but no matter. Superb finish and very solid and classy looking.

dont try this phone.
its fille manager is too slow.
it cant run many applications as other mobiles can run.
i am using it for half year & i have tried to connect it to pc to use as a modem & also for file transfer, it has not connected for a single time.
i have given it to service centre more than 4 times 4 they have done nothing with it.
its bluetooth is too slow that a song was not tranferred in 45 mins once (about 5 MB)
its battery is not good at all.
only it looks great & its camera is really good (and flash is useless)

oh goodness.
this phone should come with its own cloth to keep it clean every five seconds.
2nd of all, the keys below the scroll thing are kinda impossible to touch. the call/end/clear keys.
and the tiny number keys need to enlargen.
and its also impossible not to kinda scratch the darn phone, the back cover has like a zillion lil. scratches. also phone knows when its in a case, caz whenever i put it in, it lights up. and when i get a call and take the phone out fromt he case, it rejects the call! WTF?!
anyways i will switch to like a nokia or motorola or something. anyways holla at you peeps.
oh the mp3 player sux
the volume is too low, it has only treble and the scroller key ting is very sensitive.
i feel like stomping the phone ont he ground with my steel toe boots!
anyways whatever.
but the pohone looks damn sexy!!! dont you all agree!!!
but as i said, whatever.

I resently purchased this phone, its a wonderfully designed phone but I am disappointed with some of the features:
1. The security feature, its very limited, i think its awful that you cant lock certain features like any other phone, anyone can press unlock and yes when the code is off, i would've loved to have a phone that can lock my phonebook, photos etc. yet keep teh actual phone unlocked.
2. You cannot assign your personal ring tone to the text message.
3. The battery life is terrible
4. When playing the mpe player without headphone the volume is too low.

I bought th LG Shine last week and to me its a great phone in its class. It seems to me that people are looking for features that would be available in either a a PDA or a music player, as I said its a good phone in its clsss, I have no problem with the volume i think its adequate, I think persons should learn to use the features and handle with care before they bash the phone, the only improvement i would like to see on it is the size of the video screen

I love my phone and I have had it for two months. But call me stupid I cant seem to work the security code. Nor am I able to set a password for my iamges and messages etc. HELP

I've got LG for 4 months now, and I hate this phone. His battery life is low, you can't download anything bigger than 300KB(which is not such a problem), typepad doesn't work, Memory stick is loading for 5 minutes, you can't select files you want to delete, you have to do it one by one, I can't delete some files(which I put there), MMS and SMS capacity is very low, screen is f***ed up, sometimes I can't turn it off...
I wish I never changed it for my Sony Ericsson K810i. I hate LGs. Never gonna buy anything but Sony Ericsson.

Very popular at our store...
I only find LG a little difficult to work with (the menu).
The roll system is very quick but sometimes to quick so it becomes a little difficult to use.

I have this phone my self and it isnt very good at all, Can't hear it ringnig or when you get a text, I had this phone 4 days and the roller went on it so had to take it back and exchange it, and i had that one for 2 days and the roller went again, and i wasnt hammering it i hardly touched it! i would not recommend this film but its up to u if u are willing to buy it or not but it isnt built really well!!
