This phone i seend at a phone shop (Orange) and it was at offer and i wanna buy it the information http://www.telportal.ro/telefon-LG_KE990%20Viewty.htm its really good compare at battery ( standby 250h call 2.5h) and other...can some one tell me if i do a good thing if i buy it?

Hi out there, i use this lg990 viewty already 11 months, i have no complains except all good thing with this phone. i used to carry either a camera or a handycam with me when i am at important occassion, but now i only have lg990 viewty with me. i took a lot of video already with this phone ( more than 18 gb already)and all of them is to my supprise is a very good quality. of course little bit lower resolution but i enjoy watching it on my full screen 22" monitor or my big flat tv. and every time i showed this taken video to a friend or family, they are supprise to the quality of the video. of course nothing is perfect, battery is short than buy two of them, even i have a latest canon videocam but it last only 2 hours to shoot. so people, buy buy and it is now very cheap compare to last year price.

does anyone know where i can get the north american version of this phone? rogers offers duel coverage meaning that i would get a stronger signal with the american one but i havnt had any luck finding it on ebay or online. can anyone give me a website where they are selling the 850/1800/1900 version of the phone?

A.S., 14 Nov 2008I just got this ke990. i like the phone. the camera tops an... morethose spelling are acceptable since it's not a major problem. they probably use british or australian english for the spelling.

i own LG KE990 Viewty.. this phone is amazing but my probles is the list of songs are limited i think i only download maximum of 3o songs i dont know why.. can anyone help me plz...

marko, 17 Oct 2008Do you own this phone? what is the difference between the K... moremarco....the only difference it ku is older version with 3g and front 2nd camera. the ke dropped back one from 3g and has no 2nd front camera.

I just got this ke990. i like the phone. the camera tops any other camera phone out there. The only thing is that i noticed that some of the icon names are spelled wrong (dialled calls, organiser, colour). does anyone else have this problem or is it just my phone? is it because its imported from asia? and does anyone with this phone know where i can download more games and themes and stuff? thnks. email me asevilla0507@yahoo.com

KU990 is the old version, KU990R has a few tweaks and a lens cover and the KE990 is exactly the same as the KU990R but without 3G (Its the North American version) without the front camera, And theyre all exactly the same size and shape

i dont think there is a differ... moreku990 is the old model that does not have lens cover on camera n also has bluetooth ver 1.2.
while ke990 has lens cover n bluetooth ver 2.0 n 1gb memory card free in the pakage

Chevy Ryda, 24 Oct 2008I recently purchased a LG viewty phone and it worked for ab... moreI have just had this problem too and called O2 my provider. Apparently the default 3G signal has gone down and there engineers are trying to resolve it. In the meantime if you change your setting to 2g the phone should work and be more reliable.... apparently. Only problem is, I can't find the setting!

I recently purchased a LG viewty phone and it worked for about a week then all of a sudden the signal when out for good. Since then i haven't been able to get a signal on it, meaning i can use it because i cant get reception at all. When texting on this phone does it have a full qwerty pad on the screen or does it just have the traditional texting on the numbers
