My boyfriend has this phone and as with so many of the other comments on here the battery is rubbish. It needs to be charged daily and the fact that there is no in car charger doesn't help. Recently we went to morocco on holiday and I felt the pictures on my sony ericsson w880i were far superior to his (and he's a professional photographer). Disappointing.

does your batery go down as quickly as mine?
I have the phone for 1 week, and it discharging every day..

hey people, i was all set 2 buy ke990 ba den i saw da reviews n they r kind of mixed, wt m really confused about is da battery life, can u ppl tell me how long it lasts on stand by n how much if i haf 2 talk for continous 2/3 hours, i mean sum ppl r sayin its gud n sum r sayin it lasts 3 hours :S so plz help :)

My husband just got this phone as a part of an upgrade from Orange.. its battery is a total mess and keeps shutting down. Orange team is least helpful as they insisted and only swapped the phone for another Viewty.. we have been to Orange thrice, got fed up by their lack of understanding, and now the phone is back in the tomb of its original box and my husband is using is good old RAZR V3i !!

i have the KE990, best phone i've ever had (and i've had a few) love the camera that's on it too it's great! it's very similar to the KU990 the only thing i think that the KU 990 has that this one doesn't is the "video calling" camera in the front the phone... and there's a shutter for the camera where the KU might not have one but not sure...

It is a fantastic camera, the flash in excellent on a nite out however is continously breaks down. Everyone I know with it says exactly the same thing. Iv had mine 6 months & am on my 5th repair!! I think its over technical for itself so easily jams & breaks. The touch screen stops working, the whole phone freezes then eventually switches itself off therefore loosing what ever you were on with at the time, usually a long text which you then have to restart...very frustrating. Its such a shame because looks wise it's appealing & camera wise I dont know anything that matches it so far. Even the odd phone which says it has a xenon flash does not seem to be quite as good as the K850i. If anyone knows of a phone that takes as good pics in a night club as the K850i please let us all know!

One of my friends had this phone for 8 days and the battery started giving her problems. The phone kept switching off and the battery never held it charge. Has anyone else had this problem?

The LG KE990 is almost similar to KU990 the only differnce in KE990 is it has xenon flash..more radio channels..but it is disappointing to see tht it is not 3G.i wud prefer the KU990 viewty.
