eli, 31 Mar 2009Hi guys, I just bought my phone from HK, and now that I am ... morecall up to your service provider and let them know you have a phone from HK and you need the internet setting for that model. make sure when you do call your service provider your calling from a different phone because they might have to send the programs via text =D have fun hopefully this helps you cause that's what i did with my phone

LG phones just suck. I had a Nokia, bought this LG, but now I'm back to Nokia.
But honestly this Viewty is fun to play with. And the images quality is very good.

Hi guys, I just bought my phone from HK, and now that I am back in Canada, I can't seem to access the internet. The setting on my phone for the browser is connected to SmartTone- a cell phone network in HK. I don't know how I can reset the settings to connect to AT&T (Rogers), what with the home page and IP address and such. Can anyone help me or refer me to a place where I can find the answers?

I bought the KU990 a month ago and my girlfriend has had the KE990 for about three months. Overall, we've both had a good experience with our phones. Just one thing: I wish the KU990 also had a camera lens cover to keep dust and dirt out. But other than that, the touchscreen is great (you don't really need the stylus) and call quality is decent. I use my phone a lot so I don't usually get more than a day or day and a half before I need to recharge it. Hope this helps anyone thinking about buying this phone!

i have this ke since last mo; for the moment is ok just always carefull the one hu had the same cos is not that strong enough like other it fell once and i broke my screen;;;;;;;;;

not have a second camera for video call (infront of the phone)
battery a little weak

No protector for the camera
battery is almost better than the KE.

anonymous, 18 Feb 2009 Can anyone tell me the difference between the KU990 viewty... morethe ke990 has no 3g ability, it is the American version of the ku990. the 3g ability enables your form to access high speed internet, compared to non 3g funtion.my advice is , get the ku990 and enjoy 3g, cos its really good.

hi, guys, i knew many information about this lg phone. i like it so much and i am going to buy it. what is ur opinion guys?? i am a doctor and i will be using it for speak and pics and vedios and movies. will it be ok for me????
also i want to ask about the colours of the screen 256 k , will it be ok for pictures and so or what , as my phone now, nokia 6300 has 16 M colours????

Razo, 04 Feb 2009I buy it few days ago. 1)Conectivity=95/100 2)Camera=110/... moreyou can use an 8G card and fill the card with 6G'S files, then you'll find that it works~~The 6G files can be viewed, though you can't move\delete\edit them. And the 2G spaces remine can be use as usual.

1stly my LG viewty consumes battery in very faster mode but when i make my set flash then the camera dosnt work when i press the camera button the screens goes on loading and stuck so any one have the soloution for this problem please tell me

How is the audio quality? It's audio quality is better or worse considering Samsung F490? If its quality is similar to F490 i think viewty is best choice for me. The specs says viewty has an awesome video recorder and F490 sucks in that. Anyway, I previously had LG U8360 and had a damn bad typing speed but had better battery, 1400mAh! Can anyone say about viewty's tying speed and battery life?

The KU has a camera in the front for video calling. It has 3G for faster internet which the KE has not. And it has for some reason a longer battery life.
But the KE has a lens cover for the camera lens.
