Dudes as iam also the unlucky guy.Who buy this phone its really a worst handset to buy at cost of 15000/- Rs its better not buy even its 3000 /- Rs. Dudes put on your thinking caps on if your buying this LG kf 600.

why is it that when i get all my contacts into the phone and when i receieve text messages or phone calls, the name of the sender doesnt pop up but instead it comes up with something like +610000000

i want to ask,what is your phone imei no..i mean the 7th and 8th digit of imei no..i got 02,which mean(i heard and read from the internet) it's a bad quality phone..but it's original from ZITRON and made from Korea..:(
also got it for RM990....;)(promotion at Low Yat plaza,KL)

I just got mine and the touch pad keeps freezing or stops accepting input. Is there a way to get it to work with out resetting it or did i just get a bad phone.

hmmm i tried your trick but it seems to be a lock function for the touch pad.. hence, i am unable to go to message or whatsover. I was hoping I could listen with no stopping of the music when I text :(

I did not try any games from Gamesloft. What I have tried are Sonic the Hedgehog, Casino Royale and Haunted Mansion Pinball. My 3D games can work in Samsung i550W since its a smartphone. Hehe..I have two phones by the way. But I like my LG KF600 MUCH MUCH MORE!

Once you have opened the mp3 player, you can get back into the main screen by pressing the mp3 button on the left side of the phone. After that you can send messages and all except for playing games. To get back to the mp3 player, just press the mp3 button again. :-)

Anyhow, to all here's a reality check :
-So far it doesnt have a copy/paste feature for composing text messages
-I could not keep the mp3 running while i text or go to the main menu ( please tell me if its possible)
-when you search for a contact it doesnt view the possible contacts you've been looking for, you still have to touch on search before you get a list of persons
-when viewing pictures it decodes pretty slow, meaning it slowly unveils the pic all the time.so u have black stuff half the pic first then eventually, getting a full view
Although, iv got some good news.. the jack of the headset is compatible and works excellent in my notebook!

Thankyou so much. And for anyone else thinking of buying this phone, now that I've sorted my little texting issue out - I now think this is the best phone i've had. Battery still showing 2 bars after 4 days! Good volume when talking - my last Nokia was a shocker for this. Could go on and on - its gr8!
