My LG KG195 got switch off by itself sometimes, even with full battery. Anybody knows what is the cause and how to resolve it?

1.cheap = its about 90US$ - in Indonesia (include MicrSD 2GB)
2. good camera and video records, it has efect and much light preset, unfortunately thats only vga cameras
3. fm radios record (both in .wav and Amr. quality)
4. sharp lcd screen, better than nokia
5. anime picture wallpaper and videos screen saver
6. cool mp4 player
7. usb charge
1. bad image galleries,
only image in folder "Photos" can be show previously;
if image stored in orther folder, they only can view by open one by one
2. can't change message tone
3. i thing this phones audio output (from earphone) was mono, both of mp3 and radio

HI guys i bought this phone the music quality is superb it has a smart quality camera.The keypad is not up to the he mark .
E-mail is not supported and the picture messages are not supported.
It has good speaker.
Battery is ok.
IT can be given 70 marks out of 100 .In music it rockzzzz.
