I have worst experience with this LG KG195 Handset.It's software is not so good,it gets corrupt again & again.It's body is very weak.
My phone memory get distroyed automatically & I loose all my contacts b'coz of this handset.
Don't purcahse it...

I have been using this phone for over 2 years and I am really bored with it. The keypad is cracked and I can't download applications. It says it needs more space, while I still have more than half space available. I really don't get this phone.

This is really a good mobile. I am using this since past three years. small, slim and very strong. you can voice record without beep sound to other party. maximum necessary function available. thanks

this phone is on ma nerves now the keypa is craked the memory is sooo small java memory also too low and small my god i'm wandering how can one make such a stupid mobile. LG shame on you, god!!!!!

I am also buy this lgkg195 in 2008, this phone's keypad left and right softkeys are very much delicate and also after 2 months the keypad was cracked and broken. But in previous phones there is key pad is good. when i buought the phone i observed that the thing is the soft keys keypad is have some gap in the attachment.

I,had purchased the LG KG195 at Nagpur.The body is too much delicate.The keypad of my mobile was broken in two months after purchasing the phone which after many efforts was not being replaced in the warranty period at the service centre at Fort, Mumbai .It was a worse experience.I WILL NEVER PURCHASE LG IN FUTURE.

battery is running more than 1/2 half hour after charging
this problem starts since from last 15 days
mobile was purchased on 2009-july and in warrant card it is mentioned 15 months warranty period, so my mobile is in warranty period

This caused such problems. So what I did was to insert a paper to the card holder along with the Sim. This tightened the connection and the SIM card can conduct it to the phone. Still it worked for some time. Then I have to put more paper and lubricate the SIM by water.
Ashok, actually, this phone is not built with good quality. Just a slight pressure over it's middle part and the sim loses connection, the MICRO SD card is not recognized and the phones shuts off. I repent a lot by buying this phone. I wish I could resell it. But it can't be. And that is the greatest problem!

My stern advice to every potential customers is that never to even look back to this cellphone. You'll regret a lot once you've bought this phone. It does work for longer periods but it's a weak phone. The net connection is simply a joke. There is no net connection. Moreover, Moreover, the cell is weak in built quality. Just because of this behaviour of the product I don't feel like buying LG phones. Look for other cellphones that can at least suit you best.
