Hi!, I just found out answer to my own query. After composing sms text and typing phone no., we can select save&send rather than send only and the sent message is stored in outbox. Only thing, it does not show time and date of sending the message.
    thanks

I am not able to find where the sent sms messages are stored? I think the only option is to select save and send if we want to save the sent message. But it does not save no and other details. LG may provide some clue to this as this appears to be a bug in the software. Record of sent messages are very basic provision and it should be ON by default. Any clu to that by any user?

              Hello All,
I bought this fone last night. I will post my opinion very honestly and in the end will ask a question.

As far as options are concerned, you can not find such phone in such a low price in the market except this one as per my knowledge. The look is great, slim phone, small size. Loud speaker is great. Camera is good. Now come towards some cons. Navigation keys specially up and down are hard to use, sometimes you need to use nails for navigating. And I wonder why every missed this point that I am unable to find "sent Sms items" in this phone !!!! Can anybody please tell me am I unable to find it or this phone really does not contain this option? If it doesn't contain then how can i fix this issue ? any firmware for this?

              Thanks

Excellent Phone...I have been a regular Sony Ericsson User and I bought this phone when my recent purchase of Sony Ericsson W810i ended up in water. But I must say, LG has done a damn good job...I have simply fallen in love with this handset - the display is crisp and very bright, the functionalities are standard and look like a lift from standard Sony Ericsson and Nokia phones, the battery is excellent - lasts more than 2 days on normal usage....The camera and video recorder are ok - not great but not bad either. The only drawback in this phone - the navigation key is stiff and if you dont have nails you will not be able to use this phone, GPRS file downloads exceeding 150 kb result in a standard error of 'Error in connecting to origin server', I am still hunting for the bluetooth functionality which does not exist on the handset but all websites claim it does. Overall, a great phone - a damn good replacement for people who have been using Sony Ericsson/Nokia's medium end phone. It is sleek and very light. It makes me believe that Sony Ericsson and Nokia have been selling some overpriced phones in the market.

Fantastic very nice espicially i like its shape and size mind blowing. Why we pay more money just for name I mean NOKIA & SONY ERICSON same function we get on LG.

Driver for the gprs modem for the LG KG200 i.e. dynamite200 (for use with pc) is included in the PC Sync software which can be downloaded from the LG support site. It is very easy to install.
                            thanks

Hi everybody! I bought LG KG200 phone after doing through research on all available brands in the 7k-9k range. That day I saw a big ad in the newspaper for this phone and decided to see it before buying. One telecom shop in chembur area did show me the real phone and luckly, I could meet LG service engineer there itself. He explained all features in great detail. LG KG200 has everything like autoscan FM, MP3 player with graphic equaliser, 60 MB inbuilt memory, microSD card slot for upto 1GB, very good quality sound reproduction, Inflight mode, all latest featue for data/phonebook management, intelligent human voice support for incoming and phonebook numbers, GUI based worldtime, 1.3 Mpixel still camera, video recorder and player and a very compact finish and size. The phone is really excellent in this price range. The only caution is - Buy the phone from authorised LG dealer with bill and warranty! Afterall, how many of us use the high-end gimmicks like bluetooth and infrared features regularly. The USB support is very easy to use as COM port as well as USB drive to store your data files! The only thing I could not try is the GPRS connection through my PC, I mean to use the GPRS modem via USB to connect to internet on a PC. Anyway I think my prepaid trump does not support GPRS modem on PC. In moderate budget, it is difficult to get a phone with so many features!! If anyone has setup this phone as GPRS modem to use with a PC, kindly tell me the details or suggest the driver.
