im sure you can change the ringtone..lol..ur just not sure how to do it properly..you go into
profiles
general
and then personalise
also, make sure that you had not "set" and "group" tone, as it will not change if you had.
please post if you have any other problems.

I hate it, i can;t change my ringtone from 'Every Breath You Take'...grr so annoying I spent all that money downloading ringtones and they dont work!

It is a geeat phone but if i could up grade this phone i wouldmake it have bluetooth and mp3.I hate not having those on the phone because that is the main thing on phones at the moment.

i like it but it sucks how you cant set stuff you have recorded as ur ring tone and the battery goes out quickly

i think the phone it looks good but the phone sucks the batires stuffe the sreen has writ dots on and the key pad has marked the sreen when it closers

im not very happy with my lg phone becaus its battery sucks it wont let me charge it and it keeps turning off and when i try and turn it on it says low battery and then switches off.

my sister has this phone and i just lost mine so i'm thinking of buying something similar to it cuz its small,handy and nice. although the features are kinda boring. so if u want a simple phone,get this one.

you can upload your photos if you have their serial data cable (LG DK-20G)the problem is, there is no available yet here in the philippines. ive contact their customer care service unfortunately they dont have it.
