I am seriously considering this phone becoz of the FM WITH RECORDABLE FUNCTION. Is it even true? Duz it even haf diz function- record from fm radio? PLez reply!

Well folks
i feel it is unfair comparing this phone 2 k750i
the LG is ugly as hell, plasticky and cheaply finsihed..
i would compare this phone 2 SE k700i
and guess wat..the k700i is better..LOL
if ure on a budget..buy this cell
else..i would advise 2 raise ure budget and get a SEk750i..it rockzz

over all this mobile is good, but messege memory is very less and battery is not too good. one more thing is we can not install
any extra software like indisms etc.

KG300 better in screen resolution (240*320) than K750 (176*220) also in FM recording. K750 better in MP3 quality, autofocus camera, bigger memory allocation for games/program and faster response (KG300 very slow)

No software to make KG300 become java installable.
Just visit LG Service Center Blok C-3 no. 6-7 dekat gedung Roxy Mas. they will upgrade your KG300 to make it java installable.

Hi people. I just bought this phone yesterday myself. Just 2 questions for you peeps
1) It has no flash. I only realized that later...so is this phone equipped with some sort of camera mode for overcoming darker places (nightclubsm for example?).
2) In camera mode, are you supposed to be able to press "Call" to take the pic instead of the button to the side? I cant seem to make it take pics with the "call" button

Hello,
I just bought this phone 2 hrs back, It was ok all the way, but just then when I brought it home and I started the FM radio, it got hanged I had to open and re-place the batter, but then again it got hanged. Did this happened to someone else or is it just me?

nice phone at the given cost..
good at: display, mp3 quality,looks..
has problem with: software upgradation.. no java..slow interface.. camera isn't gr8 only 2x zoom, battrey.
other feacures are upto the mark.
neones having software for this???

i hav a strange problm. i hav alrdy replaced 2 times my kg 300 because of automatic switch off .if i use blue tooth this problem comes.

I am from Indonesia. It is true that only 2 MB allocated for Java.
In the case of Opera Mini, eventually I managed to run the 2.0 Version, which works just fine. The othe day I was using the 3.0 version, and it took for ages to finish the end user agreement thing before starting to browse.
Midnight Pool works but a bit lagging.
JBenchmark2 KG300: Total 23 (as comparison, Motorola E398 = 44)
Hasil MatraxBench KG300: Total 101 (as comparison, Motorola E398 = 131)
No problem with me, I only use java for opera mini, mig33plus, some kind of note-taking applications, file-explorer like moby. They are small program and work just fine.

i having a problem in KG300 i visit some websites later on i try to delete those pages address from phone but i m not able to delete it i clear cache & cookies but i not cleared some one told me why it happen is it a bug ?

This a great phone from LG. So economical but doesn't scrimp on features. It has most features that standard mobile users would require. I love my LG KG 300. No wonder it is called dynamite. It is really loaded.

Just upgraded KG300 and now is able to install java. Unfortunately, response is slooowww. Managed to install opera mini, but it takes for ages for the browser to display the link, when trying to scroll down the page, also long time to get the scroll thing to work.
