I have this phone and like it a lot. You can raise or lower volume by clicking the center square "cursor" button up or down during a call. Not sure about PCs but with a Mac you just plug the phone in with the dedicated USB cable and it appears like any other USB device. Files can be dragged and dropped to copy or delete. The LG phone site for Australia has PC Sync drivers (I think).

I have this phone, but the buttons are sooo bad!? When you're writing a text message it is mega slow. Does anybody else have this problem? Apart from this, it is a really nice phone.

Can someone help me with the ear volume, when talking i can only hear someone when i am in a closed room , outside i dont hear ,the volume is too quite,help please!

is the best telephone for me

LOVE this phone... battery could be better, but overall the best mobile I've ever owned. Turns heads everywhere I go.

The Good:
Design - loved the slim design
Screen - high resolution in a small screen gives crispy images
MP3 Player - gives you adequate listening pleasure. But don't expect much.
The Bad:
Memory - 128M Internal memory just isn't enough these days
Functionality - nothing stands out, just the basics.
Camera - the images looks bad on computers, the photo album is too slow
Accessories - since this is not a popular phone, so difficult to find accessories from 3rd parties. eg. protection covers, chargers etc.
Screen Saver - once the phone is in stand-by mode, you can't tell if its on or off. Only way to tell is to press a buttom.
Battery Capacity - one batt. lasts 1.5 days with few calls and camera shots.
Earphone/Charger Slot - why they have to use the same slot?
User Interface - feels outdated

uh.. and by the way..
How is the joystick/scroller thingy working? I read in some review that the center OK butten isn't that good? How are your experiences with that?

I have got this phone almost a month now and i still love it. the only thing is the battery life! I can hardly get through the weekend without recharching! anybody else has got this problem.
Concerning the volume of the speaker: I thought it was to quiet in the beginning as well, but i just held the phone wrong. When i put it a bit higher to my ear it is perfect.
After all a perfect eyecatcher!!!

this phone is okay... the keypad does light up (its under the battery saving section) and it is ridiculous that there is no speaker phone!
