angeline, 15 Nov 2010does anybody knows what's the latest version of the softwar... morego to phone settings choose information and then handset information software version should be KM555eAT_V10b if not your phone is not updated to update your phone software click the software upgrade via web the information will be display just follow the instruction. :)

How come my USB doesn't work? When I first inserted it. It was fine. Now, it's not working. It is not detected though it shows on my phone that its charging thru USB.

the great one, 12 Nov 2010Hi Im from the Philippines and i want to know if this phone... moreits an entry level wifi touchscreen phone so you have to lower your expectation a bit. to me its an ok phone. but it gets annoying sometimes especially when using wifi. email is also annoying -- sometimes it works, sometimes not. better to use bolt browser for facebook and gmail than the stock apps on the phone. i guess you just have to be patient and find ways and apps to customize the phone to your liking. and also battery life is very short coz of the big screen and the wifi. also u cant see much on the screen when you use this outside. over-all an ok phone

can someone help me where is the setting for streaming in this phone...
when i open youtube from lg browser, an it conneted to the media, but when it comes to buffering it stuck in 0% en then it says "connection time out"...
and i think the probem was not in my connection....
help please....

the great one, 12 Nov 2010Hi Im from the Philippines and i want to know if this phone... moreive had this for 2 months now... no problem with headset wired or wireless, when texting sometimes the auto rotate wont work, radio is ok sounds is very good, manual is garbage. battery doesnt last long. you need to calibrate the screen so that it will recognize your fingers pressure. blue screen when youre using wifi, when the phone is connected to wifi and you let it idle for a while you need to check the connectivity even if it display the wifi icon if youre disconnected connect and then disconnect it if youre not going to use it

Hi Im from the Philippines and i want to know if this phone is worth it. I cant decide because of the negative feedback that i've read about this phone. Is it good or not. I guess reading the manual wont help if that's the case because some of them are complaining how hard this phone to operate. Simple things such as headset, radio, and text messages. Is the resolution of this phone ok? is the manual of this phone helpful? Is the manual of this phone understandable?

i had my LG KM555e last Oct. it look nice and the features is great but the only things that makes me disappointed is the head set...
