        how would you compare it with nokia 2630?
        which one is good..... in overall performance side nokia or this LG

          for those who can't see ur bluetooth icon if it is switched on... it just behind the microsd icon... lg myt have been not able to see that problem... hahahahaha!!!

          u cud download lots of games in ur LG phone, just go to www.mobiles24.com, register for free and choose the 128x160 games... download the .jar file on ur pc then transfer it on either of ur memory card or phon's received files.. after that, install it and it wud go to the applications menu.. some games myt not work.. but some really worked!!! i have 15 downloaded games now in my phone... see yah!=)

            i connected my usb in my pc and it respond... i can access both phone and microsd memory... first is showed charging.. i just didn't mind it sice it must really be charging cause dis phone can be charge thru usb... i just waited for my pc to install da new driver(which is the usb i just connected) den after dat i go to my computer, then there it is.. 2 removable icons.. presto!!!

            if urs is not functioning well.. it maybe ur PC dat has a problem, ur usb if it was not recognized ryt away by ur PC, or just maybe YOU! because ur not using ur common sense...

              also aside from that..

              -has also a bluetooth
              -it has a pc suite just download from the LG mainsite...
              -usb again is great!!!! well, of course it will charge if u connect it in the pc but for u to access it go to my cmpouters and click on the removable disks.. please think first before asking.,.. common sense users..

              -aside from that this phone is also very very nice

              -you can send mms
              -you can take pictures
              -can trasfer files
              -can watch videos
              -can record vidoes
              -can listen to music/ radio
              -can internet

              wat more can u ask? for a price of 4000pesos in the Philippines, this phone rocks!!!

                Hi everyone! i just bought LG Kp 199 2 days ago and I really don't regret buying it.

                -it has a good camera
                -good player
                -da usb is very useful in transferring files and images not only on ur memory card but also on ur phone memory since the usb cable recognizes both the two storages so wen u plugged it, 2 removable hard drive icons is wat u will see
                -user friendly
                -sound is great especially da speaker.. so loud!
                -earphone good
                -wen u call someone the number of that person may or may not be heard depending if you swich off or on the intelligent call option
                -fm radio is nice
                -calculator is simple and nice too
                -ders a BMI and Mentruation guide for ur physical health
                -u can change the wallpaper of da phone
                -u can switch files in any of the folders inside the phone or memory card. just choose the image then click multi-move then click options then open to open either the phone or memory then choose the folder der wer u want to place ur file then just click options, done.

                -fm radio is nice

                -voice and video recording has no limitations just depends on the memory of ur phone if da storage is phone or microsd if its microsd

                -cud install .jar files or java games just put it in the memory card or phone via usb den install it.

                -has world clock and alarm]

                -has a time teller dat wud say the time every hour but u can disable it if u want

                -keypad is nice

                some limitations:

                -only music inside the "my music" folder will be played. so if u choose da phone memory, only da "my music" in da phone memory would play, if u choose ur microsd, only the "my music" in the microsd wud play.

                -no themes except black and white only. can't install any anymore

                -message tone can't be changed

                -unit converter is limited to some measurements

                -contacts stored in da phone are the only ones dat can be given a caller image, bday, or additional details

                -shortcut keys on the d-pad can't be changed

                - profiles also can't be renamed and u can't add additional

                dats it!!! over all it is an super excellent phone from me just bit sad because its earphone is not 3
                .5mm or 2.5mm.. the earphone is very unique and if broken wud be hard to replace.. myt just used a bluetooth headset instead

                -just read ur manuals after buying a phone.. I always do.. since der are some intructions or shortcuts der dat wud be reaaly helpful and wud stop u in asking and asking!! READ ur MANUALS first before ASKING.. okay?

                me, i dnt have any problems because I have read the manual and I use my common sense. I'm just enjoying my phone ryt now. It rocks!!! and for me its one of da best!!!

                  its really amazing that LG is providing so much features in this range. Good battery back with great sound. And 4G.B. expendable memory its great....

                      Dear frnds, Believe me it has a lot of new features that its competitors havn’t. So just go for it if ur range is under 3900-4500.                                   I bought LG KP199 today.It is an excellent phone.There is only one disadvantage of this phone is that you can not assign mp3 ring tones as message alert.Message tones are very short and almost silent.Fm recording is the best option ofthe phone has to offer. you can sign a number for theft option.also good option.Fm reception is very good.I highly recommend this phone. Other features are almost the same as other phones.One of my friend is using this phone told me that thebattery last around 8-10days with an avarege use.

                                      LG KP 199 is a low budget(4000-4400) phone with a lot of features. No one like LG. It has a lot of new features that its competitors hasn’t like Continuous/Appendable(Only AMR) voice recording, Night mode option for video recording,14 different modes for still photography( Grayscale, sepia, sepia green, sepia blue, color invert, gray invert, blackboard, whiteboard, copper carving, blue carving, embossment, contrast, sketch and simple), Music composer, Fm with recording etc. A pocket size power house phone with 1350 mAh Li-ion battery gives 11 hrs of talktime and 30 days of standby time. In average use it gives approx 5-7 days of backup which is excellent(Better than 3110c of nokia 4-5 days).Its main competitors are Nokia 3110c, Samsung J150 and its own branded Lg kp 220 but 3110c gives it a real challenge.
