Does LGKS20 have a voice clarity and/or noise cancellation system?

How is the voice call quality if using a noisy area?

I am using KS20 for last 3 months. Its seems too good WM to me. Yes, its true that sometime its hang, but if you open lots of programs and dont close it in proper way than it even happen in normal PC, forget about the WM.
I heard i lost of issues like bluetooth, sounds, camera, hang etc. just to let you know i havent found any problem like this in last three months.
About the sound quality? its good enough as a phone. Camera is one issue at night mode, but at day light its also good enough, some time better than lots of other phone.
about price? you cant compare it with any other WM in the world.
at last if you want to have a WM with full satisfaction with a reasonable price thn go for it. its smart, handy and at last but not least one of the best WM I have ever use.

A : my battery life is between 1-2 days.

A : compare to SE P1i, much better P1i..usually i get 2-3 days on P1i.

A : No..i never have trouble with it's touch screen. The screen is responsive enough. But the main issue is on direct sunlight because it's hard to see on direct sunlight.

Q : And if this phone is used for internet browsing,how it's display..is letter in it's screen is big enough to be read?
A : yes..the screen is big enough to read. KS-20 have a good dot pitch so no problem in read text.

i prefer SE P1i if u search the wifi set. only step back is the 3G connection compare to HSDPA.

i'm from indonesia too..i wanna buy smart phones that have wi-fi connection and ks20 is one of my
i wanna ask about ks 20 battery..how long it can life in usual usage?
How ks20 battery compared with o2atom life or SE P1?
Do you ever have trouble with it's touch screen?
And if this phone is used for internet browsing,how it's display..is letter in it's screen is big enough to be read?

A : what 3rd party applications are installed in your ks20 and how old r u(if you don't mind)?
Q : not much apps that installed on my KS20,i considering the stability and crash issue if i installed to many and untrusted apps.
3rd party apps that i use:
- S2U
- Fring
- ebuddy
- yamme
- wisbar advance
- wisbar advance desktop
- call firewall
- nitrogen
- gsp player (with additional plug ins)
- google maps
- Opera
- PCM
- Touch response(just for try out,coz someone here asking that apps)

How old i am?still under 30 years old.. ^__^

Q : That's sad.. i guess LG should give the product knowledge to their CS. Maybe you should make a complaint at a newspaper, i think they will listen.

Hi... i just buy LG KS20, at the first time it was very hard for me to use... then i go to the service center then when i'm going there.... the technical always make an excuse, then suddenly i realize that he didn't understand about the phone it self....

Hi,
It's the black end of the stylus that broke off. it is still attached to the chroome pen, it's 2-3 mm of the round tip (black end) that broke. I have seen other stylus in stores but not the original, so they don't fit.
p.s: I live in Suriname, that's South America... i orderd my phone online from the USA. We don't have a LG retail store here. If you happen to come accros a website that sells the original, I would like to hear from you.

However, I dit notice that the stylus ends at the input of the charger. I'm thinking that the heat that is created when charging, somehowe damaged the tip of the stylus. it broke off like a pice of biscuit. I used a nail file to polish the sharp tip, so i could use it for now, wile a look for another.

That's strange..my stylus is working just fine. Need a lot of heat to melt your stylus tip and the charging input is not creating any heat. which one is broken,the black one or the chromed one?
if the black one,try insert the stylus than rotate the the stylus to the left or right just like tighten a bolt than try to pull it out, maybe it help. Don't use sharp tip so replace the stylus. For temporary use, you can use other stylus. I use SE P990 stylus (not the original part) for my daily use, cost me less than US $3 or Rp 25.000. Have you try to go to LG retail store to flash your set to an English version and replace your stylus?

Q : How do you make a link/shortcut? I did try something; i copied the dictionary program file and placed it in the start-up folder in the windows folder. the program did show up in the starmenu, but when i open it, the dictionaries are not available.
A : don't copy the file, but create a shortcut.if you copy the file than the program thinks the other file is in the same directory that your file placed.
To create a shortcut, you can do this via file explorer, choose you're file that you want to create a shortcut than tap the screen 2 sec choose "copy", change the directory to windows\start menu then tap the screen 2 sec, choose "paste shortcut". That's it..

A : No,it doesn't have anti virus in it. I'm not using anti virus, but i read that mostly the anti virus program are licensed so you must buy it. i think there are a few that free but I'm not sure they support the program. try the shareware program.

A : try to see 3-5 pages behind, i already answer the hard reset thing in previous post. if you hard reset the cell, than YES you have to install the 3rd party program again because hard reset means that your set are back to factory default set when you first buy it, 3rd party software and all other files including message, phone book, music, setting, etc will be deleted. So..backup your data first.
I don't have issue like yours, so i can not have a better solution. Sorry..

A : no ama, I'm not the expert here, xdadeveloper.com user are the expert. I'm just a normal user that know a little bit more information, but thanks though.. :)
This is a strange question, i don't really know if this is have a strong material or not, because i never try to drop it.. :)
Generally, the body is made from plastic with a chrome in the side. i guess they made from a good solid plastic material. the screen cover is made from plastic, so my suggestion is to protect your lens with screen protector.
i think it have a strong material in the outside, so it will hold if you ACCIDENTALLY drop it(i don't know about the inside material). :)

A : i don't know. i never receive message in Chinese language. Maybe other user have the experience. sorry..
KU 990 or more known as Viewty are a good cell. Better on the camera because it have 5MP n have larger screen, but it doesn't have wifi and OS. I'm looking for the OS type so that's why i choose KS20. Both of them have issue on low output speaker and battery.
If you doesn't want to be worried so much to a virus, complex application, and much better camera than go for KU990.

FYI, I am on O2 mini S for 3.5 years now and willing to change one with this affordable pocket PC phone. I have dropped it many times until the the day comes, the screen is broken. It is not touch screen anymore. However, I can still use it by using its keyboard. Just wondering....KS 20 is strong enough meanwhile it doesn't have QWERTY.

FYI, its not in the sleep mode actually, but it goes to shutdown and cannot switch on the device by pressing the power button, but i have to unplug the battery and plug it again to the device and finally press the power button, but I thought its not a good thing to do. Please reply...
