Michelle, 17 Jun 2008I've had the KS20 for about couple months now, and the batt... moreI'm in Texas and have had mine a couple of weeks but have not been able to get the mms to work. I have set up as T-mobile says but no luck. They now say I need the $5.99 internet plan to work. Is this what you have?
Also my bluetooth version says V1.8 but is supposed to be 2.0 - would you please check yours and see what you have.

how about sound quality? I saw a video of this phone, the person said it has bad quality sound....and the bottoms are not in good locations....

Hi all,
Last week I purchased this phone in Bangalore, India. This is very good phone and i don't see any problem in its operations, executions. It's fantastic style and ease of operation gives lot of comfort.
battery life is also good. (my batter drains almost 75% in two days with wi-fi and EDGE on and moderate conversation.
Pros - very stylish. Faster touch responses, ease of operation. good battery life.
cons
- glossy surface attracts finger prints
- expandable only up to only 2GB
- Software kit from LG is no so good.

Hi, I want to buy LG KS20 but I need to use voice memo quite often. Does anyone of you know where to find this function? Cos I can't find it when I was playing in the shop. Many thx!

It's a nice phone,but it aint made for VoIP ! Try Skype Mobile on it and it will work,but you won't be able to make good skype calls .

Bad service given by Singapore LG service ceter. I bought LG KS 20 by end of MAY, repair two times, problem encounter, cannot read sms, hang, blue tooth cannot detect and baterry indicator cannot fuction, advise to all better try other model rather than LG KS 20.

My battery stucks on 100% battery level. It is not reduced even run out of energy. I understood that this is a mistake of battery! because my friend also has it and when I try his battery it shows the real value.

I bought this KS20 a week ago, it been great for the whole week. Till the battery is dead, i recharged and now i can't get it turn on to the main screen. It's keep restarting when i turn it on or charging, need some help, please
