Hi, can anyone tell me if you can assign specific mp3 "text tones" to specific contacts. Also, is there any security on the sim cadrd management,ie , can I turn one off and password protect it from being turned back on ?

Battery life is good (4 days normal usage) when you set the brightness at 40% and 10 sec. display timeout. Great sound quality, photo also (macro function is great), responsive interface even with 4GB card full of music and stuff, qwerty keyboard appears when you rotate the phone, motion sensor for games, photos, videos. Overall i rate it 8 out of 10 :) because it dosen't have wi-fi and gps. I gave up using my HTC Touch Cruise for this model.

Is this phone has a device lock or lock/unlock specific application, e.g. messaging, contacts, my files, etc.?

Its a good phone with good features. I love this phone, dual sim card, easy to use feature. Even it has motion games. Screen touch is also very good & fast in comparison to other phones.

Anybody knows if its screen goes completely blank or displays clock/missed calls/received texts when the phone left idle for a few moments? Like Sleep Clock Mode in older SonyEricssons?? Cheers:)

wife , not indecated CPU and Rom and Ram is very small 84M internal, 3G of HSDPA is very important for internet explore..
it open both Sim , some dual sim but open on switch off one . LG still not much development .kh

Samsung already has a touch screen dual sim phone, and yes cam for the unit is not good.
Would this phone be more affordable than viewty?

have been waiting for this phone after using Viewty but it is very difficult to operate a dual sim phone with such a poor battery please LG concentrate on battery more

No divx/xvid sopport, No 3G, Slow video capture only 15fps.....ect
Why doesn't LG manufacturer make duol sim phone features the same Nokia Nseries( Large screen size, 16M color, Long life time battery, Smooth movie capture, Pratically unlimited call record,...)

I looked at the photos and specs and it looks pretty awsome. But no 3g!? Why? Not to mention wi-fi.
