Anonymous, 14 Nov 2008 A very nice phone.If you want ,give it to me. i love it! it is so pretty! and i love the fact that is has a mirror built in. Mine is coming in the mail and i should be getting it in another day or so. I cant wait!

i love this phone", its my present phone my bf gave this to me & i love every features of it. i love the way i can take a picture of myself (internal) & the built in light, im using it as a flashlight so cool", & yeah the mirror", every girl loves a mirror esp. if its on your phone",

hmm.. i have been using it for a year now. and everything worked fine except for my screen =.=
i slid my phone up and de screens go distorted with big pixels. i nid to keep sliding it back and up to get my wallpaper seen perfectly .
and over de time, the plastic covering de numpads begin to tear. for me, it doesn't look that good to me as this phone is for the looks .and the lights on de numpads are not shining as beautiful as the time the numpad is perfectly fine. BUT this is because im a heavy message user. thats why there is this problem.
the battery life is seriously little. i had a call after fulling charging and de battery went 1/2 after talking abt 10-20mins, it also went seriously hot. when the phone is exposed under the sun, i can hardly see any thing displayed.
the screen that is acting as a mirror is quite distorted too.you wont be able to do make up and stuffs with the distorted looks of you.
the mp3 is seriously soft but i think it produces a nice sound .the interface for the phone doesn't really satisfy me.it acts like a visualization that does not interacts with the songs. so it just goes repeating itself again and again.
to find music in the Sounds file, you must scroll down slowly to find it. you cant type anything to make ur search easier. the right arrow keys did help to speed up the scrolling speed but it isnt as fast as keywords to find your songs.
the scroller works like a charm though (: i had no troubles scrolling for my messages quickly. although it gets a little dirty as there are stripes of holes that could accumulate dirts.
i don realli like the icons in the phone. it doesnt seemed as nice as the menu interface which is to my liking.
the camera is working just fine (:
the video recording isn't nice when it was being played in the phone.. the quality isn't that nice although u can watch it landscape .
one thing that realli irritates me is the reception =.= i went underground and they completely unable to find for a network. in some parts of my house also had the same problem which is very fustrating .
i dunno if it was just me but when i opened up my battery cover, there are lots of dust accumulated on it. i got no idea how it got in as i don open my battery cover to charge my phone. it seemed to be fitted perfectly with the camera etc.
the side buttons are losing their paint or whatever they did to the buttons. it now becomes a matt button that doesnt really look good. the aluminium back can easily get scratched and be seen obviously.
this phone cant see pictures that are of a big size, for example, my father sends me a pic from his sony ericson phone that he has taken. he can view it but i cant. the phone keeps saying the "file has exceeded the size" or something like that.
and lastly, the charging of the phone and the headphone for the phone shouldnt share the same port. i cant listen to my songs while charging. or talking on the headphone and charging at the same time.
other than all these comments, this phone works just fine as a good texting machine, with a nice menu interface, capability of blinding dogs, a user-friendly camera and eye catcher for passer-bys (:

Well i have had this phone for about 3 months now and i must admit that i am i love with its look in general as well as most of it's features. The only thing i dislike about this phone is that i can't lock specific applications (eg. messages). The memory on the phone is good enough so u don't need a memory card. Oh... i should warn that u should b careful when putting the phone to charge, i have noticed that it has the tendency to shock because of it's 'metal make' i guess.
All in all i highly recommend this phone=)

hi, i have a Question...how do u dl games etc to the phone...also i can't seem to get anything on my phone from the pc or vice versa...had i seen some of these comments before i purchased this phone i would have gotten something else...bummer...someone help please....~LadyFunk~

I hope the people at LG read this! LG really needs to make this phone compatible with Vista OS. I have read on so many forums the same problem experienced by others.
There are more and more people using Vista. I think it's so stupid that LG has not made the software compatible with Vista yet. It's ridiculous.

John, 17 Apr 2008I've just bought my LG KU970, wondering that this phone is ... moreI have Windows Vista on my laptop and I can't load the LG-KU970 software, its not compatiable with it. But it should work fine on XP. I have just bluetoothed music to my phone from my laptop, maybe try that.

i have lg shine that is no use to anyone,as no one can hear it ring,its so low,i cant use it, but pay every month for,nice phone pity about the sound

I use to have the LG KU800 chocolate & loved it but unfortunately got water on it and stuffed it so I got the LGKE970 which looks awesome but I hated the way it ran with only a few options for text tones, the T9 texting was stupid & just the general way it ran compared to my LG KU800 chocolate. The LG KE970 was faulty after a few days so got it "fixed" and still faulty, so I took it back and demanded a new phone and got the LG KU970 and really really like it. It runs exactly like my last LG KU800 chocolate, good amount of internal memory being 512mbs, nice big screen, good camera & easy to use texts. A really nice phone! Battery lasts me around 3 days. All and all very happy with this phone.

got all good features. just find it doesn't have good signal strength. My last phone was motorola V3. signal was always there, while the shine was always no service. Then in a blink of an eye, 4 bars will appear, then no service again. Other than that, good fetures and large memory. Phone software won't work with vista.

i soooo luv it ..... i am soon going to get one like it but instead its going to be PINk ... however unfortuntely , with all these negativ comments , it is not making me any courage to buy it , but hey wtf .... u can always go to the shop from where you bought it and ask them to rearrange it . sooooo cant just wait 4 it ^.^... tnx
