and you can downgrade with "Lg flash tool 2014".
And don't forget to make a backup of your personnal data with LG backup. During the update all data will be erased. So copy your backup's file to your pc (in my case external sd card).

i have update my l bello from android 4.4.2 to android 5.02 with firmware D331 mexico v20a. And that work fine. This firmware is multilanguage so during the update spoken language is mexican but atfer the reboot of the device you can choose between more than 30 languages (eg. french :) ).
1. Install the drivers "LGUnitedMobileDriver"with your phone connected with your PC, when it finishes disconnect your phone
2. Now turn your phone off, then click continuously on the up volume and connect your phone to your PC,
it must be now in "Firmware Update Mode"
3. Open LG Flash Tool 2014,
In Select Type: CDMA ;
PhoneMode: CS_Emergency ;
Select your download firmware (l bello european 's version = D331) you can find here http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=54
click "CSE Flash"
Click "start"
wait..... WARNING do not disconnect the device during the process.....
and you now LOLLIPOP :)
