I‘ve had them all. from nokia, iphone, samsung and htc.
this one beats them all. fast as hell and the battery works at least 1,5 day with intens usage.camera much better then previous phones.even hd photo an film are perfect.
keep up this good work

Definitely Battery life would be low for this mobile. Since it has only a 1500 MAh Battery..that too a phone packed with so many features so have a higher Mah ..atleast 2000maH

Can anyone shed some light on the UK release date?
Play.com is still advertising a March 22nd release date, but Expansys seem to have pushed it back to March 30th.
Any ideas guys?

It is released, niles. I saw it yesterday in MediaMarkt in Anderlecht (in the south of Brussels) for €499. Looks nice. Next to it was HTC Incredible for €519. I am an HTC fan, but €20 more for a phone with worse features - hmmm - I wonder. The cameras of both phones exceeded my expectations.
Hey, gsmarena, update the entry - the phone (Optimus 2X) is released - I saw it with my own eyes!
