An acceleromter just gives you functionality by turning between portrait and landscape but in many dimensions it is useless. the gyro just means you can turn the phone in any direction to get some sort of input.

I think LG isn't bad.
I have bought LG GT540 optimus several months ago. I think LG phone GT540 optimus is good enough.

Take a look at the screen comparison between the desire hd, i think nexus one with the optimus 2x. Shows clearly its an IPS TFT and not just TFT so ppl this 2x here has got a really good screen !!!

lov3r |3o do you watch the official android 3.0 preview? the preview video clearly said that "entirely build for tablet only",so this wont be happen in smartphone.However, android 2.4 will launch around in Feb ,so we shall wait and see :)
